Literally the worst service yood at cashier while directly looking at attendants and she just kept conversating with another employee than I order hot coffees and there is no lids lmao how do you sell drinks of any kinds especially hot ones with no lids..this place needs a restructuring

I just purchased a large iced latte and because I was using coins in my payment the cashier let me know next time I can't do that because I'm causing him to have a line because he was having difficulty counting it. The line was two persons who happened to be together. I heard him apologized to them for the wait but he didn't apologized to me for telling me what kind of money I can used. I guess my skin wasn't white enough for him. The coffee was terrible because he made the wrong size and when I remind him about the size all he did was throw it in a bigger container and add the whip cream. I'm always skeptical about buying from this dunkin because there service is the worst.

I order from this location on occasion and every time I’m reminded why I shouldn’t. The service is always slow and my order is made wrong. I place my orders online before I even leave my house and its still never completed when i arrive. They take 15-20 mins to make two hot chocolates and a donut. Furthermore, i ordered cookie butter and peppermint mocha hot chocolates and was given plain hot chocolates. I highly recommend you go to a different location in Albany as this is the worst one I’ve been to.

Store needs a strong manager. Pleasant staff, No workflow. Receipts all over the front counters not given to customers so they can’t report what goes on. You’re loosing a ton of money on lost sales. Fix it!
