They mess up my order literally every other day!! I specifically ask for NO Bacon, they still put bacon in my order. If I get to check on the spot, I tell them and they change it.
But when I am in a rush for the office, I just get it by the drive through and leave. Later on I see that there's bacon and I have to throw it away. This happened to me like 4 times!!! Very disappointing!!

This place is nasty behind the counter: As soon as I walked in, I heard the employees swearing and talking loud in the background. I waited a good 3 minutes just to be acknowledged. Then I ordered a bottle of water and 2 donuts, and paid with a gift card. They didn’t have any bottles of water. I wanted my money back and they made it a big ordeal. Would go out of my way to avoid going back here.

Whew these people are RUDE. I ended up not even ordering due to nasty service. Avoid and go somewhere else if you can. I went to the drive thru at 10/20 around 8am.. whoever that was needs a crash course in customer service.
If I could give zero stars for this location I would. First, I had a woman behind me who was extremely rude. She honked her horn when the line moved after 2 seconds. I was frustrated over that which isn’t this locations fault. Then it took 8 more minutes for them to give me all of my stuff when I was already at the window. So this woman honked her horn only to wait that time for me to drive away so she could get her stuff. Then to top it all off the woman handing me the stuff I got was so rude. She literally berated me for asking about my missing drink. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Dunkin needs to do better because I never have this experience at any other coffee shops.
