I order from this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time the manager Colleen is wonderful. I ordered two donuts along with my coffee order I spent at least 20 $25 dollars probably every three days there today. I spoke to Joanne who was a manager. She was rude. She told me that the donuts don’t go in the same bag as the coffee is for GrubHub or your pick up deliveries they do I’ve been ordering for a long time. Joe needs to find out exactly what her employees do there. I would not go there as long as Joan is there she needs to be transferred someplace else. Colleen is a good manager. She’s very attentive to the customer to call and she’s very helpful.

I really like this location. I always get the egg bites and they package them with great care-- they'll place them in a box and pack them with a fork and ketchup packets. Not everyone does that, so I appreciate it. They do get VERY busy, so it's best to swing in in the early morning, or if you're doing an online order, allow 20min.

The crew working at this store is absolutely disgusting. The way they talk to customers is mind boggling. I ordered food through DoorDash for delivery. And this is the 3rd time in a row we are missing the SAME item. So after calling the store and no one answering for 20 minutes FINALLY I got a hold of someone. I told her how we are missing food once again and after finishing she goes “the phone is by the ice machine I didn’t hear a word you said” uhh wouldn’t you cut someone off and tell them you can’t hear??? she then goes on to tell me how they are very busy and there’s customers in the lobby and asked what she wanted her to do about it. . I’m sorry but just because I’m not in store doesn’t mean I’m not a customer. I go on to say I worked at Dunkin in high school it’s not that hard to put orders together she then goes “Dunkin’s changed over the years” uhh it’s coffee, sandwiches and donuts??? What’s changed??? When I went to say I want a refund or can I pick up my missing food she then got verbally nasty. So I asked for a manager and she hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I went to this DD to purchase a small coffee and a doughnut for $4.70. I then noticed the $6.00 deals which included a medium coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and a hash brown. I asked for a refund as to purchase the $6.00 deal and I was told that “that could not happen”.
I was told verbatim by the counter employee “they don’t have the skill set to do a return and the manager wasn’t in store. There was nothing they could do except charge me more.” Which wasn’t true and wasn’t an option.
Ultimately, I requested a full refund (which they did give me even after I initially was told a refund could NOT be done) and then I left.
I refuse to continue to pay for sub par customer service and rudeness, and SO SHOULD YOU!!
I wouldn’t recommend this DD unless you enjoy not being able to change your mind and being rudely treated as a paying customer, seems to be SOP in customer service nowadays!!
Parking: Exceptionally tight parking lot of 9 or 10 spaces that goes out to a main busy street. Horrible!!
