I went to this DD to purchase a small coffee and a doughnut for $4.70. I then noticed the $6.00 deals which included a medium coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and a hash brown. I asked for a refund as to purchase the $6.00 deal and I was told that “that could not happen”.
I was told verbatim by the counter employee “they don’t have the skill set to do a return and the manager wasn’t in store. There was nothing they could do except charge me more.” Which wasn’t true and wasn’t an option.
Ultimately, I requested a full refund (which they did give me even after I initially was told a refund could NOT be done) and then I left.
I refuse to continue to pay for sub par customer service and rudeness, and SO SHOULD YOU!!
I wouldn’t recommend this DD unless you enjoy not being able to change your mind and being rudely treated as a paying customer, seems to be SOP in customer service nowadays!!
Parking: Exceptionally tight parking lot of 9 or 10 spaces that goes out to a main busy street. Horrible!!

The manager of this store is very rude and do not seem to care, the way she talks to people and employees just reckless( she) should be fired or seriously written up. This can cause a potential problem on the premises creating this type of environment. Lots of nurses and doctors in this area

Respectfully, they can't handle the morning rush hour. It's very dysfunctional. They just can't handle dealing with more than one customer at a time.The food is dunkin. It is factory food.. That's not a terrible thing. But if you're on a time crunch, this is not the place to go. They never have toilet paper in the bathroom and they never have Napkins. I learned a valuable lesson and that is to make breakfast at home. Don't buy it, it's not worth it. It's not worth the money. Unfortunately, you go to places like these. Because there are times where you really do need to address things and you want to save time. But this is not the place to do it. Expect to wait 30 minutes.

I Absolutely Love this location! It’s the ONLY location that I can trust to get my drinks from. They NEVER get them wrong. I only drink iced coffee and the refresher’s they’re never watery or lacking flavor! They always encourage me trying something new!
