First they rushed me in the phone and was not able to give my complete order When I got there she was more pleasant than normal But the food is probably the worst take out Chinese food I have ever gotten. Chicken is recooked and hard, the lo mein is mushy and very over cooked This is usually our go to - i think I will not be back

The food was 45 minutes late. The shrimp was then over cooked rubber like. The general tso chicken was soggy absolutely disgusting.? Do your self a favor order from anyone else.

East Wok has long been my first choice for Chinese take-out. It is not gourmet Chinese. There are certainly notable places in the area if that is what you seek. I am surprised at the few negative reviews. I only ever order take out so I cannot speak to delivery experience. However, I am invariably satisfied with those items I occasionally indulge in such as the hot n sour soup, lo mein or fried rice usually chicken or pork, Kung Pao or General Tso's chicken, crab Rangoon, egg rolls and spring rolls. Sometimes I will order the pork Spare ribs which are always delicious if a bit sweet. I have only had one experience of receiving mushy lo mein but that was a highly rare outlier. I certainly have never once become ill from the food. My experience with East Wok has typically been highly satisfactory.

There is something unsanitary going on there or the food is spoiled or tainted. The food here is so cheap and disgusting. It is the bottom of the barrel food, at best. Biting into the chicken is like chewing on floss - it’s all gristle and dry. Then they want to nickel and dime you for every substitution. Customer service was just as ridiculous as the people that can’t speak English there. Save your money.
