Gorgeous little gem of a store. Their employees are incredibly nice and friendly, and the yuzu egg tart in particular is a creamy delight. I'd love to try the chocolate one if I can ever get there in time, because they rightfully sell out of tarts quickly.

Delicious tea options! There is no food on weekdays but honestly bubble tea is so filling, it is a snack/meal.
I used to go to Eggsellent every single day when I worked at the mall. They had a booth right outside of my store and their smoothies with cheese topping were my favorite! I am so happy to see they have moved and expanded, they are amazing people who make amazing drinks and treats! <3

I got a Boba milk tea (Thai) and very much enjoyed it! I will say, it's on the sweeter side of milk teas. Definitely would order less sugar next time. My only other complaint is that the flavors are somewhat limited. I would give 5 ☆ in an instant if they ever added honeydew/melon to the menu. That said, if you love sweet and non-fruity flavored milk tea they are perfect for you! The tapioca texture is also very good too. Right amount of jiggly and chewy. I'll be back if melon flavor is ever on the menu!

Controversial opinion: Eggcellent is hands down the BEST bubble tea place in the capitol region. In fact, it's set my standard so high that some places in NJ and NY can't even compete.First off, this place is adorable, it is a bit IKEA-esk but that's what makes it feel clean and modern. Second off, they've got an awesome rewards program - you automatically get 5% by just being member.Third off, that mango pomelo drink is the BEST thing I've ever had. It's my go to every time. It's smoothie like but not crazy thick, has chunks of fresh mango and pomelo, and is creamy and fruity in all the best ways... and my favorite - white pearls.Fourth off, in addition to the powdered flavors that every place offers, they offer FRESH options - fresh fruit, fresh taro, fresh red bean, etc.Fifth off, their flavored egg tarts are a nice treat too - ube, yuzu, etc. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself here before or after a day of shopping at crossgates.
