First time trying this place.. we grabbed a 24 cut, the Pizza was solid, the place was super clean and the staff were excellent! I will order again. Only improvement I can see would be the pizza sauce needs more salty & a more tangy taste and less oregano or thyme.. Crust had an epic crunch and not too much either, it was perfect but could really benefit from a more punchy sourdough or deeper flavor taste. Today I was downtown Albany for another reason but rarely pass an establishment that sells pizza without trying a slice if they sell by the slice. I went into Elif's to try a slice. I chose a slice of Sicilian (I took a bite before I took the photo)with pepperoni which had some honey added, because it was thinner than most Sicilian, which I like. It was very good. Our party of 6 was greeted by a very nice gentleman at the door, who seated us at a table. All the food was delicious, and thr service was excellent. Highly Recommend Elif's Kirchen!
