Came in like any other time and was greeted kindly from Yousef. He took my order and even delighted my order with a twist that I really loved with the grilled onions… the fries are always fresh and crispy when I come to this location when he’s working. I typically drive out of my way to come to this location because It’s the most fresh and best tasting five guys in the capital district.

I have been here twice. Both times were during weekends around 11:00am, so not rush hour time. Staff was courteous and got my Little Hamburger and fries out quickly. I like their burgers; it reminds me of Shake Shack. They are both freshly made.

Places my order using the app. I stood at the counter for 9 minutes waiting for my burger. I could see it ready to go in the bag. All 5 employees ignored me until I said something. Well, they didn't ignore me, they all saw me. They did not acknowledge me. Second time this has happened too. What I'll do from now on is go behind the counter myself and grab my food since the employees are too incompetent to hand it over themselves.
