best ice cream i've ever had. the woman that served us was the nicest person EVER! my friends and i showed up at 9:30 thinking they closed at 10 but they already closed...the woman told us she would still serve us and made our night! she even let my friend use the bathroom ?

The lovely Maria made me a beautiful and delicious ice cream birthday cake! It was a pleasure to meet her when I was picking it up - she is as sweet as the cake! Go to Frank's for your next celebration for an incredible ice cream cake! I spent $42 all told for the 10" round with soft serve chocolate and vanilla with Oreo fudge filling, and it could easily feed 15-20 people. What a deal and seriously, so good.

Never realized it was not just ice cream. Has lunch there today and it was delicious! While I waited I could not believe how big the menu was. Definitely recommend and going back for more! Great staff also!

Usually great for a simple meal. Today Iced tea was bad ( old?) and ice cream order wasn’t correct… one of us ordered a double scoop & received a baby . Only charged for baby . Reg food is very good.
