We try to make this our stop whenever we are in the area. Great subs and sandwiches, and the staff is always friendly.

My mother called in an order for a SUB and a SANDWICH. They charged her for two subs when she specifically ordered a sandwich and when she tried to correct the issue, they blamed HER and did not rectify the charge. Shady.

I’m an hour south of this sub shop but I travel for work. I stop in when I’m on site in Menands. This blows all other shops in my hometown of the water. Excellent quality and comes highly recommended!

Decided to stop here for lunch during a long drive and it was fabulous. The ciabatta is to die for (it’s big beware :)). The boar’s head meat and cheese just elevates the quality and the extra toppings offered made the sandwich perfect. We made our own but they have a wide selection of speciality sandwiches that looked divine

I showed up hungry when I realized that a third of their menu has horseradish cheese or other horseradish flavoured ingredients on it. I'm allergic to horseradish. Having all but decided to just let my husband have his meal and I'd find something elsewhere, I asked the staff. They immediately said that they could clean their slicer specifically to avoid cross contamination. Once I said okay, the gentleman got started with the cleaning while I decided what I wanted. After taking a long time to look at options, "the spring" really spoke to me but I'm not the biggest fan of prosciutto. Another gentleman who I assume is the owner said I could swap the meat no problem. I went for lean capicollo instead. The ingredients in the sandwich were fresh and delicious. My only gripe was my bun was dry compared to my husband's sandwich, but I'm willing to excuse it since the service was so fantastic.

As far as good subs go, these guys seem to know what they're doing. The Italian mix sub was effortlessly tasty although it costs about $4 more than my favourite Italian sub in the region and also not as big. The shop was bustling and they had a good constant for traffic mostly ordering subs (hot and cold). The takeaway stuff (pictured) looked increasing so I might try some next time. They have private parking so that wasn't an issue. We'll be back.

One of the best BLT’s in the area!! Highly Recommend!

Traditional NY Italian Deli. Had an old school Italian Mix on a hard roll. Made fresh on any of the choices of bread. Strong recommendation. Nothing to shake a stick at. Benches and a gazebo next door.

My favorite deli hands down!! Everything is fantastic and I'm obsessed with their hot subs on their homemade ciabatta loaf... There's nothing like it!!

The hours are a real disappointment here. I use to stop by all the time but now I can't get there before they close. Today I pulled into the parking lot at 5:03, just in time to see them lock the door. I thought today was one of their 6p nights.

today I bought a mini ham and swiss sub, 1 cookie and 1 small bag of chips and the total bill was $17.86. the sub was $10.99 - which i was ok with these days. It tasted ok.. nothing special. cookie was $3.50 - no price sign small bag of chips $2.49 - no price sign do the math yourself on where they are making their money. when the guy rang me up, i asked him how it could be $17.86? so he charged my card and then showed me the receipt after the fact. I should have demanded he take the cookie and chips off the order.. then the owner is all like "buddy" and "pal" with me.. i would say ask what everything costs before you take to the register or you will be overcharged.
