Gong cha( Bubble tea ) - Albany, NY

Gong Cha on Western Ave in Albany is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the drinks are consistently fresh and delicious. I love the customization options—they really let you get your drink just the way you like it. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a great vibe for hanging out or grabbing a quick refreshment. Highly recommend their signature milk teas and boba—you won’t be disappointed!

We recieved these drinks via delivery. The taro matcha with almond milk, and creme brulee brown sugar with whole milk were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this bubble tea shop and look forward to trying more on their menu.

We are frequent customers…like every day. The bubble tea is so good and yummy that we can’t help ourselves. We have to take a second mortgage out of the house because it’s so good. Ha ha, but all seriously this is a very good establishment. We really love the friendly hospitality and exceptional service.

We came in right before close and they were super nice! Boba was good, for some reason the tapioca pearls were smaller than usual but that might just have been because we were in late

Got their taro bubble tea. Was super refreshing and we customized ice/sugar levels. Felt like the sizes are a little small compared to what you would usually get in other cafes (we got an L). Ambience is decent and they make your drink before you. Time management is terrible though, because one person had to take care of way too manu online and in-store orders.

First time here and I will be a happily returning customer! The price was great for the size, selection, and taste! This brown sugar creme brûlée is one of the best boba teas I’ve gotten! Staff was super friendly and quick. I got a cute pin for my bag for $3.99 :)
