Poor customer service.Now Abigail is calling me, questioning me as to who, what when, where, why, how. I SAID WHAT I SAID!I NEVER RECEIVED MY DINNER. THIS IS A BIG INCONVENIENCE.In the future, if you DON'T have something, maybe you should let the customer know and not WAIT for a phone call. Just common curiosity & common Sense. And if someone wrote a review based on their experience, why ARE YOU questioning it???

This Place was Official They Make the jerk Chicken off the Grill which is what I'm use to in Newyork City . Food is Authentic and I tried Every single thing and it came out Flawless and I'm Caribbean to . I Like How they don't Use alot of Oil Oily Foods I Stay away from . Health is Wealth Thank You For Bringing Great Food to Albany Finally a spot With some Great Caribbean Soul Food . The Soul Part of things is A nice flow I Enjoyed the collard Greens and lSweet Potato and The Curry Chicken as well. And The Place looks very Hooked up and Warm .
Food is good no lie about that and the boss is super friendly and nice but this is not a BUFFET restaurant as they claim. Your food is going to be weight and they charge you depending on the kind of meat you get. Also you get charge $2 for using your debit card, come on aint no one carry cash now a days give us a break on the debit card charges. Am guessing that's why the place is always empty.

Amazing food! Perfectly splendid service. Hands down the best oxtail and catfish I've had in upstate New York! If you love soul food and Caribbean food definitely give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. I will become a regular for sure. Oh and the corn bread is to die for!

A beautiful restaurant with a variety of delicious dishes and bad service from a woman at the reception who raises her voice. If you see me, you have arrived, my lady. Is the amount of anger in your face hidden because I see it from several miles away? When I alerted her to good reception, which is the core of her work, all this anger disappeared behind the table. ? And what you mentioned about recklessness is complete nonsense. Your task ends with preparing the food and you have nothing to do with it after that. The customer has the right to evaluate the experience. I came twice to your store. The first time I met a man who was civilized in his style and behavior, but your defense of your employee shows poor management. This is a position I evaluate. Not bad, except for the first time, which was elegant communication befitting a receptionist who is dedicated to his work

We enjoyed the food. I really like their Ox Tail while my wife liked the curry chicken. Staff was nice and greeted me when I entered. Everything is buffet style so you can try a lot of different foods and/or get more of what you like.
