Probably the best place to eat in the mall if you're looking for some healthier options. They have some great options of Mediterranean food that can fill you up pretty quick. You can choose to build your own food or select anything from their menu. Honestly, either way you should get some great food. I'm surprised how there was no line, considering how good the food was. The staff is super friendly. They'll sometimes even hook you up with extra portions if you ask, for free! I always build my own in a bowl, feels like you get more portions in a bowl than you would in a pita. Their chicken is very good and if you can, add some falafel too in your meal. I always add Tzatziki on mine along with wherever veggies I want and always get both white and hot sauce.

Let me start by saying, I absolutely adored the food and service the last time I stopped by, but this time, I've bought my friend to try because I was so amazed by the flavor and portion size. (It almost reminded me of a halal chipotle on steroids) However, to my surprise, this time, the server was on her phone, while we were browsing the menu, she didn't even greet us. I then proceeded to greet her and requested one of their delicious "bowls" and she informed me that the rice wouldn't be ready for another hour, and nothing that I requested was ready, which, I didn't mind but I came back 15 minutes later and to my surprise the rice was ready and by then my friend already ate something, so couldn't bother to try it. I was kind of disappointed, but I proceeded to order my delicious bowl and carry on. Service is "meh" but the food is SUPER!

It's in the mall food court. It's a nice change from Wendy's, Taco Bell etc. Food is good, healthy, fresh. I got the salad bowl with chicken, tzatziki sauce, tomato blend, a boiled egg, feta, you get your choice of four toppings! I also got a side of falafel. Delicious!

This place was recommended to me. I love a good gyro. I don't visit crossgates often, but I gad some time to kill. The lamb/beef (shawarma) was chopped into small pieces so it was rather dry and not plentiful. Unfortunately, there was inedible fat in it as well. I used to large slices of meat. I had to pay extra to have tzatziki in it, and they charge it as a side order/appetizer. The pita bread was good. I found it very overpriced as well considering the small amount of meat and vegetables. Almost $18 for the gyro and side of fries. I'll stick to my local favorite diners for my gyro fix.

A very impolite lady at the counter on Tuesday 11/30/21, around 6 PM. With due respect to her finishing up with a previous customer, we stood at the beginning of the order line waiting for her to come by. Even after she finished with the previous customer, she behaved as if we were invisible, merrily going about her things - albeit sneaking a peak at us. After waiting for a few minutes we walked off and ordered some pizza from a near by restaurant. I believe somebody's loss is someone else's gain. I am not generalizing this feedback to all the servers at the restaurant but definitely this lady. I am not going back to this place, if I see her behind the counter!
I ate here with my brothers and my mom 2 months ago and I enjoyed the food so much that I can't stop thinking about it.Would definitely recommend getting food here

Used to be great but I think it’s under new ownership or management. They now charge an insane amount for simple toppings like Tzatziki or hummus on a wrap. $2 each! Even though it doesn’t say it on the menu. My 7 or 8 dollar wrap became a $15 wrap very quickly with ingredients that are supposed to be included. Called them to clarify, as I had an employee pick up lunch, and they could not communicate at all.
