was here around lunch time, manager/shift leader was screaming at one of the only other employee’s working during lunch rush. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life, i know they can be kinda cut throat some times but this is definitely drawing a line. Screaming over personal issues as a manger during peak business hours, when you are only working with a total of 2 others is not how any manager should operate. Regardless of how many workers they had on, the manner in which this man was yelling at his employee was disgusting. He clearly lacks any respect for the customers, the business, or the employees.This was the schenectady location .

Delicious smashburgers! Friendly staff and chef. Great local eatery. -1 star since some tables were not the cleanest and there were some flies around the area, but everything else was great. I had seconds with how good it was!

The food was good. The employee was wonderful. The facility is a dump. The bathroom was so disgusting I won't even try to describe it. Flies were all over the place. Every table we went to sit at had flies and were filthy. We decided that sitting outside was the safest option and even that was not a clean option. The environment took away from us focusing on if we really enjoyed the food or not.

Really guys… 50 cents for extra pickles?! Good burger but I’m pretty sure you’re not going broke with a couple extra dill chips at $9.99 for just a burger. Not sure why people take jobs like this off they are determined to be surly either September 28 7:20 pm

Classic smash burgers done very well. They were decently priced. Sides and sodas are extras. The large fry was big enough to share between 2 people. Had a friend who is vegan and they also enjoyed the vegan burger option. Will definitely return.

The realest habanero hot sauce I’ve ever had! The real deal. You will eat crying 😂 Crunchy and fresh fries. Delicious! I love this place. It’s now on my list of favorites.
First time trying Herbie’s today. Burger was good and large fries were certainly a large. Loved the all the toppings on the burger, they really made it.

Walked into Herbies tonight very hungry. I had to Fast all day due to bloodwork and was finally able to eat. When I got the I waited in line to order for about 5 minutes. When it became my turn was told they couldn’t take my order for at least another 20 minutes. There were only 2 people ahead of me in line. No one else was waiting. I turned and left. The guy gave no explanation as to why I’d have to wait just that he can’t take my order for another 20 minutes at least. I found this upsetting because no one else was behind me in line and all I wanted was to eat ASAP.
