Ham was overdone , with a hard outer layer. There is too much artificial smoke favoring. Made me sick every time I ate it.

Very expensive for what you get. A turkey sandwich with 2 thick slices of turkey, thin slice of tomato & small piece of romaine lettuce, no cheese on a brioche hamburger size bun ( which I didn’t request and wasn't given a choice of breads)was $10.75. No pickle or chips. Still hungry, wish I grabbed a salad at Trader Joe’s.

Second time getting an order to go. Great ambiance in the store. Super polite staff. First time I got the Ham classic. Delicious! My wife adores the Ham salad. We also got sliced turkey and I got the stellar turkey classic. Will we back? Do humans breath air?

Parking: Parking is only made difficult by them unfortunately sharing a parking lot with Trader Joe’s. However, they do have a designated spot for HBH and I tend to use that when it’s available.

Typically I only ever order sandwiches from here which I enjoy. But this year for Thanksgiving I decided to order a meal. The ham was good as expected. The sides I got were green bean casserole and mac and cheese. Awful. Never again. I was aware they would come frozen but I just can't get over how bad the green bean casserole is. I sent it straight to the trash. For almost $200 I was more than disappointed. I'll stick to the sandwiches.

The woman serving us was patient with our questions. I forgot the name of the sandwich I had (it came with ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce and pickles) with pickle slices on the side. It was really tasty.Just a side note: the pickles start off sweet and then get really spicy after a few seconds of chewing.
