If I could rate this place a zero i would. I’ll start off by saying everyone in the leasing office are great. That’s THE ONLY positive about this place. I’ve lived here for 2 years and am finally moving. For $1550 a month (not including utilities) I have had the displeasure of dealing with many issues including the first week i started living here my car Was stolen out of the parking lot and then a few weeks later I had some random guy standing outside my window for 4 hours, as a single young women this was very unpleasant… and apparently ring cameras and such aren’t aloud. i wonder why?this street is loud and super sketchy at night also. I’ve dealt with mold, mice, my toilet leaving through the ceiling into my kitchen which caused more mold that I had to live with for 2 weeks before anyone did anything about it and my favorite of all flooding! If it rains or snows for more than 5 minutes you can be sure your basement will be also raining which maintenance doesn’t seem to care about. Everything in this apartment this outdated between the pink tiled bathroom and probably 30 years worth of paint on the walls I can’t tell which is worse, but thank god they gave us new screen doors! (Sarcasm) the apartments are so poorly insulated it’s freezing in the winter and hotter than hell in the summer and still my national grid bill is still $200. Im more inclined to rent the dumpster that’s in the parking lot for $1550 a month.

The online application keeps crashing when you want to replace / delete a co applicant, i mean like how many different devices do i need to use and how many times do i have to refresh the page to get things working even with all the cookies on whoever manages the website you gotta do better

Apartments is very old and out dated , walls cracking , Real Bad Mice problems, kitchen just caked on paint , bathroom has mold can never stay clean , the floors look terrible could use some updated flooring , the installation is real bad either way to hot upstairs and Freezing downstairs , super small no space , can hear neighbors through thin walls , but the people in the office are kind and very sweet . That’s the only good thing about this apartment.

You don’t wanna move here… Management is terrible and ever changing. The office never gets back to you. They force you to submit your dogs DNA not to breed test but to be able to track if poop on the ground is your dogs.

I Loved living here!! I didn't want to leave had to for family reasons. Every time I had an issue which wasn't often someone responded asap and fixed my issue. Beautiful improvements to this complex are constant. Loved my neighbor!! Thank you Adams Park!!

Honestly, I’ve been here for 10 years. I’ve had good times and bad times here but, throughout the entire time I’ve been here there’s been nothing but water problems in the basement, a mouse 🐁 problem, and a squirrel 🐿️ living in the attic for months that refuses to pay rent. 😤 Despite the New Property Manager’s attempts to rectify things in which she has tried. It’s like Groundhog Day…. 🤔 like it’s the first time I’ve reported the issues. 🤦‍♀️ There is no regular pest maintenance, my furnace filter hadn’t been changed in 3 years and was completely black. I have the picture. The maintenance come completely unprepared asking you for things to clean up the mess. 😒Apparently some units don’t have these issues but multiple tenants I have spoken to do so it’s a decent price but BEWARE

I am a new tenant who requested a small item for the bathroom. It was delivered the next day with no problem. I had another problem with the key to the mailbox which was handled immediatety. I was extremely pleased both times.

Do they have air conditioning in units?

The property manager lied to my family. We were told that our basement was a dry basement. Yet, every time it rains heavily our basement is flooded. This has caused my family hundreds of dollars in ruined items and repairs. We also moved into an extremely dirty apartment. There was trash, dirt, and even mouse dropping in the cabinets. As well as built-up dirt and hair in and around the toilet. We did not have hot water for the first 2 months while living here and when we told management about this they said it was not urgent enough to be dealt with. The fridge would not close causing the food inside to spoil and smell. The stove was leaking gas even when not on. When we told management about the gas leak they told us not to use the stove and did not send a repair man until 4 days later. DO NOT recommend moving here. We also had our car towed when our permit was clearly in the window.

Living here in Adams Park Apartments has been pleasurably peaceful. The maintenance department, in my opinion, is the heart of the Adams Park community. Mr. Craig Brown, Frank Merrill, and Shawn (as well as the other maintenance team members) save and ease our time. They are respectful, courteous, and handle all matters in a timely fashion. They triple check their duties, ensuring that everything has been carefully fixed properly and thoroughly; the grounds are always clean and manicured. I will reiterate that every problem is always taken seriously and handled in the timeliest fashion. The 24/7 on-call emergency maintenance is a special bonus of Adams Park Apartments.
Also, I am an avid gardener, and Adams Park made it comfortable for me to cultivate my vegetables in my back yard. It is a quiet neighborhood, equipped with the peace that my family needs. It is a nice place to call home.

As a retirement living space, this community and my housing selection are ideal for me. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the quarters are solid. As an older person, I appreciate the vintage layout: bedrooms, closets, doors, basement space for laundry and storage, etc. Parking for one vehicle is provided in small lots near each apartment, and for two-car owners, there is always available non-metered parking on the street. The public library is a short walk, as is a bank, post office, St. Peter's hospital, CVS, and a few food places. A little further is the stretch of shops, bank, restaurants, etc. on New Scotland between Ontario and Quail streets.Weis Road is a quiet street. There are tenants of all ages here, from toddlers to seniors. Similarly, there is diversity in the clientele. I have made friends here.

They had my car towed, even when my resident parking permit was clearly visible on the dash. Good thing water was included in the rent then. Because I guarantee the water bill I ran up cost them five times what their tow truck racket cost me. Don't steal a man's car.
