Ichiban Chinese & Japanese Restaurant

Ordered $70 worth of food for pick up. I requested green onions in my hot and sour soup. There was 2 slices. When I went in to confront the owner about it. She showed me a container full of MSG and sparse green onions. Stating that they do not charge extra. Couldn't find a container. I said forget it andedt. Got home to my daughter finding a gelly like substance in her chow mien. Photo attached. They do not care about customer satisfaction only about the money.

The only place open late for Chinese food so happily drove from Clifton Park. Delicious food although ordering online was a tad confusing as I thought I ordered the udon noodle dinner and it ended up being a soup which was still good. Would order

DO NOT GET SUSHI HERE! SUSHI was soggy and chewy. We took one bite and threw the rest out. Looks and smells like its been sitting out forever. Waste of $60

Ichiban always goes above and beyond truly. Anytime I order takeout they give the biggest portions... like completely full to the brim. And it's always so yummy. Fav Chinese place in Albany for sure.

I placed an order With Doordash. The dasher never gave me my food. I reordered my food and it came but the food was OLD. I am very very disappointed in my experience as a whole and disappointed with the restaurant because I called them and told them I was going to re order and they made the sushi with OLD stuff. I do not recommend at all

SOOO good! The best chinese around. Their chicken and broccoli is amazing. HUGE generous portions!

The food is not good. The staff are rude. The place is dirty. Used to be owned by a nice family years ago but they are long gone...and the good food and amazing service left with them.
