I placed and order in GrubHub to be delivered to my hotel. Normally I check my bag before the delivery person pulls off and I didn't. I paid for an extra cup of gravy. I was at an event and later on. I realized that my bag was missing the Extra gravy that I paid for!!! That socks and they are closed. So now I have to eat my rice bone dry!!! Never again. Check your orders people!!!

Rasta pasta was the worst I tasted n my life she literally put chicken bones n there wasn’t season and I give them extra time to cook since they make u wait Hotspot might not give u as much food but it’s going hit every time .I order 3x here this week CANT believe they didn’t get this right

One of the worst caribbean I have eaten. The macaroni and cheese is dry and oily. Rice is either under cooked or over cooked. I have tried their food at least four times and each time I have been disappointed and mad at myself for wasting my money there the food I would trash it. I don't understand how people still eat from there ,they must not know what good Caribbean food should taste like.

Got the stew chicken aka "Dry chicken legs" lunch special which doesn't come with rice n peas huhhh! The white rice was mushy like paste and taste like it as well. The chicken was dry with no stew to it or gravy just oil with no flavor. I can say there is no Irie in this dish and the Vybez I'm getting is to not go back..

Good was good about an 8 out of 10. I got the Curry goat rice and peas and cabbage. The rice and peas on point no need to explain. Curry goat could’ve had a little more flavor. Cabbage was kind of bland could’ve used more seasoning as well but all together everything accent each other I would definitely come here again and get different things off the menu.
I am surprised this place is still in business! I stopped going here years ago because of the nasty attitude from the front counter person, some girl who doesn't greet the customers and lacks basic etiquette to run a business. The food is lackluster and tasteless. DO NOT waste your time or money, it's so not worth it.

This is the worse restaurant I ever been to the food is horrible it taste like they scooped the rice and cabbage out of plain water. There was no flavor whatsoever. And the customer service was just as bad. The lady had the nerve to point to a sign that says “NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES “ which means they expect you to come back and complain. I have never seen this sign up in a restaurant. This simply means they don’t stand behind there food cause they know it’s NASTY if you get it and don’t like it don’t come back it’s called stealing people money cause they purposely fix you some garbage and charge you for nothing. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!
