Just had someone pick up a meal for me and thr plantains were so dried out that they looked dehydrated, awful then when I called they gonna tell me people been eating them like that all day, sorry they weren't cooked to my liking! Really ? I know how they supposed to be cooked and thats not how. I told them they were dry, old and stale. Now how to go all the way back. Smh

This place is trash I ordered $50 in food which was Rasta pasta with Shrimp and oxtail and oxtail with white rice and cabbage I was told I had to wait fifteen mins for the pasta because it was made to order which is absolutely fine so while I wait I went to my car and started to nibble on my order which was oxtail and white rice and cabbage DISGUSTING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING it had no taste what’s so ever no seasoning super tough just horrible then after I came in to get the food I was waiting for I bring my meal in and tell the chef who made the Rasta pasta tht my food didn’t taste right it was tough and bland and could I get something else in place of it even if the monetary value was less I would be open to changing because this was not edible the lady said no with a nasty attitude smh this place deserves no stars at all and I would never recommend anyone there EVER….

Their oxtail are average not all of that .save your money and go to franks in schnectady ny .his are a lot better ,sorry. Try franks yu all ..it's mediocre. First place I tried in albany I was disappointed ? in this place .I wished I would've until I got back home to buy

Food is fine but when I tell you it’s so annoying when I order off of door dash and they ACCEPT my order then 30-50 mins later will tell my drive that they do not have any food. Most annoying part is they want me to cancel it, which means I don’t get my money back because door dash thinks that they are making my food. I have to contact door dash and waste my timewhen they could have simply not accepted the order. This has happened 3 times.

I don't usually bother with bad reviews, but this was a lot of money for some pretty bad food that I had been stoked for. Ordered with Ubereats. Ox tail was okay. They gave me cabbage instead of plantains. They left out the gravy. Mac and cheese was foul - fishy and oily with a thin layer of dried cheese on top. The rum cake tasted like store bought.

I bought a side of oxtail from here and the meat was not done, so I brought it back with the receipt. The guy that worked there told me even though the oxtail was hard, once I leave the store it's nothing they could do about it. Now this is not a place where people sit down and eat so what kind of policy is this! I asked him so it's okay that you give your customers uncooked food. He said well I didn't know because I wasn't here yesterday. Which doesn't make any sense. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your money here because they obviously rob their customers!

I've had food from here on different occasions. Oxtail, curry goat, j*** chicken, and stew chicken. I always get rice and peas and cabbage. Generous serving size. The meat is always delicious. But the rice is dry and the cabbage is watery and bland. 0 flavor and prepared different everytime.
