Jersey Mike's Subs in Albany

“Unfortunately, we don't have a Jersey Mike's near home, so when we are out and about it's a top choice. Everything is so fresh and the staff are friendly, but efficient. No idle chitchat, but not in a rude way. Also, the shops we have been in seem cleaner than some other fast food places. If I had one complaint, it would be the limited seating. I understand that it probably doesn't fit the business plan, but when you aren't taking your sandwich home it would be nice to have some more seating options.

Visited the one that is 5 mins (altamont ave) from me and the customer service was nothing compared to the western ave (which is 15 mins from me).. western ave is friendly, nice and remembers their customers. They also ask if you would like chips or a drink with your meal. Again amazing service at western ?“
