We ordered on line. We went into the store and picked up our order. No one spoke to us. When we got the food home we found our subs on white bread not the rosemary Parmigian as ordered. Again no one told us the subs were not as ordered. I called the store and was told they were out of the bread we ordered. Why didn't they tell us when we picked up the order? Also they have my phone number why didn't they call? The store staff they could do nothing as no manager was on site. I sent a note to their Customer Service site. Can't wait to see if they do anything to compensate us!

Please hire more people or stop taking mobile orders. Your staff are always working hard and doing the best job they can, but as things stand they cannot keep up with cooking, sandwich creation and cashier duties with the resources they currently have.

Won’t Be Back
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said.
I went to Jersey Mike’s recently and was really put off by the experience. One of the female employees seemed irritated from the moment I walked in. No smile, no greeting just gave me a look like I was bothering her by placing an order. The entire time she was making my sandwich, I felt uncomfortable. She looked annoyed and rushed through it like she couldn’t care less. When I finally got my food, it wasn’t even made right, and a few things I asked for were missing — even the extras I paid for. I ended up tossing it. Between the attitude and the quality, it just wasn’t worth it. I don’t know what was going on that day, but it left a really bad impression. I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

I had my mouth watering for a chicken salad sandwich they had none. Another customer told me they were great but this location rarely has it in stock. I had to settle for my number 6 which is always geat. I normally go to the Latham location.
Unfortunately, we don't have a Jersey Mike's near home, so when we are out and about it's a top choice. Everything is so fresh and the staff are friendly, but efficient. No idle chitchat, but not in a rude way. Also, the shops we have been in seem cleaner than some other fast food places. If I had one complaint, it would be the limited seating. I understand that it probably doesn't fit the business plan, but when you aren't taking your sandwich home it would be nice to have some more seating options.
Dietary restrictions: My wife is lactose intolerant and there are plenty of options here!

I get food here every time I am in Albany on business and it never disappoints. They have never messed up my order, and the quality is only good. I only ever get takeout, but this is one of my favorite sandwich places. The only disappointing thing is that they don't have one closer to me so I can get it in my home town!

Unsanitary, The counter was being used like a cutting board and was full of crumbs. She put the bread on the bare counter, not even a sheet under it. I asked for it to be toasted. She said she could put it on the grill. The grill was cold and the grill was filthy. The meat and vegetables were not covered. The Young blonde needs to go. IMO! I walked out!
