Placed a custom order in-store since they don’t seem to offer the California Chicken Cheese Steak as an item on the menu while having said ingredients and it being featured on their website. I got chicken, cheese and bread instead… and they asked me to make sure I wanted the cheese! Four employees behind the counter and it took over 10 minutes for the wrong order as it was missing 3 ingredients.
Silver lining? I never have to return as they were able to refund me over the phone.

We ordered on line. We went into the store and picked up our order. No one spoke to us. When we got the food home we found our subs on white bread not the rosemary Parmigian as ordered. Again no one told us the subs were not as ordered. I called the store and was told they were out of the bread we ordered. Why didn't they tell us when we picked up the order? Also they have my phone number why didn't they call? The store staff they could do nothing as no manager was on site. I sent a note to their Customer Service site. Can't wait to see if they do anything to compensate us!

Please hire more people or stop taking mobile orders. Your staff are always working hard and doing the best job they can, but as things stand they cannot keep up with cooking, sandwich creation and cashier duties with the resources they currently have.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said.
I went to Jersey Mike’s recently and was really put off by the experience. One of the female employees seemed irritated from the moment I walked in. No smile, no greeting just gave me a look like I was bothering her by placing an order. The entire time she was making my sandwich, I felt uncomfortable. She looked annoyed and rushed through it like she couldn’t care less. When I finally got my food, it wasn’t even made right, and a few things I asked for were missing — even the extras I paid for. I ended up tossing it. Between the attitude and the quality, it just wasn’t worth it. I don’t know what was going on that day, but it left a really bad impression. I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

I had my mouth watering for a chicken salad sandwich they had none. Another customer told me they were great but this location rarely has it in stock. I had to settle for my number 6 which is always geat. I normally go to the Latham location.
