They don't value their customer! I made an order for delivery, they messed up my order charging me for things I didn't order, after receiving my food I had items that I didn't order and I did not receive something I did actually I order. I call them up and was told they can't do anything to fix it and send me what I wanted and told to call back. I called back and they wanted me to place another order over $35. In order to fix their screw up and charge me another delivery fee SMDH!!!! NOT ONLY WAS I ALREADY OVER CHARGED AND RECEIVED SOMETHING I DIDN'T WANT BUT THEY WANTED ME TO SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AFTER THIS. I RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS SPOT, PLENTY OF OTHER INDIAN RESTAURANTS TO ORDER FROM THAT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DON'T SCAM THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The restaurant was cold. They had 1 of the front doors open, so I didn't feel heat, and it had a slight odor, but other than that, the food was very good ? ?? ?

Not sure about the food here but if you’re delivering for Uber or DoorDash just be prepared to wait. 0 urgency . Waited 15 minutes and kept getting told 2 more

I’ve ordered twice recently and it’s been hot, fresh and delicious both times. The naan, samosas, and chicken tiki masala are incredibly good, great balance of spices & the portion sizes are large. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were visiting Albany for two days. We were tired from driving the first night so we just wanted takeout to bring back to the hotel. Jewel of India came to our rescue. It was a very short walk. The food was as good or better than Indian food you will get elsewhere. Some people have commented that the appearance of the restaurant put them off a bit but I would not worry at all about that. Do yourself a favor and patronize this restaurant if you are in the area. The owner seems to a hardworking type and was grateful for the business. The prices are very reasonable and the portions do not leave you hungry. We loved it!!

Worst dining experience, this is called an Indian restaurant but it's not. If you want to spoil your mood and eat good luck going here. We ordered some curry, bread and some other dishes since we had no choice of food in the evening. The paneer gravy was full of color and our hands looked like heena mehndi after eating ? refrain from going here and save your money. If you ever have to go to the restroom here, it will remind you about the worst public restrooms you can ever imagine, so avoid a restroom visit in this restaurant.

They advertise an every day lunch buffet on the door, I walked in 12:45pm and there was not only an empty buffet but an empty restaurant, not even an employee. I left.

Best vegetable samosas in the area. Awesome flavor, cooked the way one would expect from an Indian restaurant. Never greasy, always got and delicious.

I just moved to the area and tried this restaurant. Let me tell you, it tasted like love. Like a warm summer's day. It was so amazing, flavorful, fresh and you can taste the quality. I ordered the dal makhani, vegetable samosa, garlic naan, gulab jamun and mango lassi (there's a $30 delivery order minimum). It was the most delicious Indian food I've ever had. All the flavors were perfect and balanced. For the price, you are getting a very high class meal. There were no corners cut here! It's worth the wait and worth the money. I have actually never had mango lassi. It was perfectly sweet and refreshing. I am not a paid reviewer. I'm just saying, a total random person, TRY IT!

Went here on Thanksgiving and the food was amazing! I got the vegetable korma and my boyfriend got the butter chicken. We both loved our dishes. So rich and the veggies/spices were cooked perfectly. Very adorable. My boyfriend has lived internationally and knows good Indian food. ?
