Food was good.

I ordered on line, paid on line, including the tip. When I picked up the order, I was given a receipt to sign. Printed on the bottom of the receipt was a chart with suggested tips and a check box to add the suggested amounts.

I then asked about the tip, I was told you can add it. I said I had already paid the tip online. They replied by stating OK.

This seems like a shady practice. If I sent my son or wife to pick up the food, I know that they would have added the additional tip.

Double dipping is not good. Be wary of places like this.

Wonderful noodle and ramen shop. Shoyu ramen with grilled chicken or shrimp is absolutely terrific. Great atmosphere and decor, really feels like a family-friendly place.

Really great service, I came here for an event where the whole restaurant was booked and the staff were very nice. I'm vegan and it was really nice to see they have a vegan option for almost everything, the udon I ordered was called vegetable udon but was more of a plain udon with green onions, delicious but could have been more vegetables I think. I would come here again to try their soups though!

Not sure what’s the better the food or the service! Husband and I stopped in for dinner and were amazed at how fresh and amazing our food was. Very reasonably priced as well! Will definitely be back!

Took almost an hour to be delivered. The fried rice was swimming in oil. The 6 dollar spring rolls were the size of a child’s pinky finger and you only get 3. They were stale and nearly empty inside. Then the fried chicken had little bones in it. Only giving it a 2 because the rice that wasn’t soaked in oil tasted fine.

Genuinely the worst ramen I have ever eaten in my life, first off they forgot to make my food which I’m not sure how they could even do that, so on-top of the already long time it took for everyone else to get their food, I had to wait another 45 minutes for my food. I had ordered the Tonkatsu ramen, and they had clearly rushed my food, with them forgetting the eggs, which once I got were hard and tasted like hard-boiled eggs. The pork belly was very hard and the broth was extremely bland. The ONLY good thing I had at this restaurant was the Japanese Soda that they didn't even make.
