The service was kind and pickup was ready fast. Our order had correct modifications and changes. However, it was just meh. Not a ton of options, not a lot of customizations, only 1 type of sub bread. Kind of just tasted one note. Compared to the other 2 chains, I’d probably pick those first (also they’re a bit cheaper)- but I’d be willing to give JJ another try.

i’m vegetarian. i ordered a cheese lettuce tomato sandwich with oil and vinegar. my sister came here with me and ordered a blt with mayo. half of my sandwich was a (whisper) cheese (SHOUT) LETTUCE (whisper) tomato. The other half partially tasted like bacon because the person forgot to clean the knife after making my sister’s sandwich. Remember, I’m vegetarian.

This location is okay the food was fresh only compliant is I was NOT given the extra sauce that I was charged for that I asked for.

I ordered a Giant #6 Veggie with no mayo or provolone cheese. They put extra mayo and provolone cheese. The male manager refused to refund or remake my order. Customer here sucks go to Subway or Jersey Mikes!

I haven't gone to Jimmy Johns in quite awhile and I was shocked by how little they put on their sub.. I ordered turkey with cheese and they put one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese on each half and that cost me over $10...so NOT worth it..the turkey looked like cheap processed crap. And on top of that the guy they had there making the subs had long hair hanging down in front of his face...totally disgusting and wish I had just walked out...will never return to that location and at this rate I don't see them lasting very long.

Jimmy John's makes a quality sub, with just one "complaint." The only cheese available is provolone? My wife can't have soft cheeses (like provolone), so we skipped it. Honestly, it wasn't missed.

I ordered 3 12 inch subs,I measured them, they are only 8 inch sub, soda was flat,I wasted my gas and time going to this place,I drove 1 hour and 10 minutes. I would never recommend jj's,beware of these scams.

Ok these folks get confused when u modify a sub. I asked for two meats with no veggies and they had to consult a manager. They didn't know how to charge me. I paid and left. When I finally got home and ate I was disappointed. The bread was stale and meat was frozen. What a joke. I will never go to a jj again. It was so expensive too. I have eaten at 2 other sub places and paid less for more and fresher food. This place won't last.

Thoroughly unimpressed with my first And last meal. Jimmy John's doesn't hold a candle to Jersey Mike's or that something simple as a BLT bacon look like that premade microwave bacon you get and it looks like they didn't put it in the microwave is laid on the sub just very plain bland. I make a better sandwich at home, sorry John you blew it on this one
