The girl Keisha with the facial piercing has zero customer service. I walked in for lunch and I usually go straight to restroom to wash my hands. She told me I need to ask her before I walk into the restroom and they are for customers. I then told her that I was a customer and then she gave me the nastiest, dirtiest look. I just left after that, I don't want a person with her customer service to even prepare my food.

Went to Jimmy John's and ordered a wrap. Only one employee was working. While making my wrap, I saw it constantly rubbing against a wash rag on the prep table. This is a major hygiene concern, and the employee seemed indifferent.

Ordered July 2nd on the mobile app but never received my order because they were closed after 6pm which I did not know. Was promised to get a refund the next day never got it. Went in person to see if I could get my refund back workers took my order number down and said it would be 1-2 days to receive jt. I never got my refund back. This is the second time that they have charged me for an order I never received. Totally unacceptable.

They take orders on Uber eats because they’re suppose to be open till 9:00 pm and they’re closed by 7:00 pm but still accept orders like if they were there! And still charge you. The food is delicious but they are robbing us through the app. Disgusting.
