The food (especially the shakes) are delicious! When I was younger, I used to really like the waitresses dancing to some songs. But, when will it open back up again? Same with World Of Beer.

What happened to Johnny Rockets in the mall!? 10 years ago this place was the bomb, they had music, the food was great, milkshakes were shaky and the line was wrapped around the restaurant. Fast forward to 2020, very disgusted...the waitresses even seemed like they didn't want to work their. But while sitting at the bar I witnesses the "cook" using the same spatula to clear the grease off the cooking surface as she used to flip the burgers, bread and grilled cheese! Idk I guess you can blame it on the training or just ignorance. Looking behind in the kitchen was very gross. The fries were fried and taken into this large bowl and walked to the back behind a door to come back out? I was hoping they were being salted? Everything seemed to be coming from bags of frozen food jut left out on the counters and what not. There was cross contamination in the lettuce and toppings bar because the waitresses and "cook" never cleaned the left overs from the other dinner that was made. The cleanliness of the kitchen and work space was very dirty that my girlfriend and could only have a couple bites of our meal because of what we were looking at made us loose our appetite. Overall, I used to love this place and I guess that's why I'm so harsh with this review because it was so much fun going back in time eating like it was back in the day with oldies music and food. I think it needs a facelift and once the workers appreciate the restaurant everything else with fall into place and it could be the Johnny rockets it once was..

Food is decent but the atmosphere has gone down the toilet. The jukeboxes don't work. They never dance. The uniforms look so sloppy. Went recently and was sat at a booth with a GIANT rip in the seat. So disgusting. Didn't get ketchup smiles. And we had two children with us. I worked here a long time ago and it is really not the same place anymore. They shouldn't be able to call themselves a Johnny Rockets

Decent food but I feel they’re very racist. I’m from colored decent myself and family went there for milkshakes and hotdogs we were asked if we’ll like to sit inside or outside, we said outside. My dad and husband decided to talk a table upfront 1 table away from a white couple the hostess said we couldn’t sit there and took us all the way to the back second to last table to be exact, my dad and husband noticed it right away and I was in denial saying oh maybe they wanted to seat from back to front and that was it. Until another white couple came and the hostess sat them in front where we originally chose. Not blaming the food chain but just the ppl working there. Maybe it was a misunderstanding idk but I will not go there again.

their burgers are Twice as small for $11-$13 . I opened mine to put ketchup on it and it looked like it was a Mc Donald's cheese burger. No thanks I sent it back and never again will I come here . on top of it , it was dry . no more for me
Very dirty, food all over the floors and cooking area. I should have never sat at counter to see how bad kitchen area was. Horrible

I haven't eaten here in a couple years and it has gone severely downhill since the last time. I gave two stars because the service was fantastic especially considering I was here on black Friday. But the food was just terrible. This is a burger place so the burgers should be good but it was dry, over cooked and shrunken to 2/3's the size of the bun. The fry oil must've been pretty old because the fries tasted a bit off.
