I came to eat with my family after being recommended by friends. I am glad we went the food were excellent. The server were beyond expectation. Great and friendly service with exceptionally good food. I will definitely recommend and be coming back!

This is the only restaurant I like to go to for my birthday. The food is delicious and it's really not expensive for what I get. I always get the volcano rolls. They start off one flavor and end another flavor. I also get some regular veggie rolls. I love the atmosphere the servers are nice and the food is spectacular what more could you want? Take your wife, take Grandma it doesn't matter just enjoy.

Decent! Expensive but worth the price. Everything from the chives in the miso soup, to the ginger was fresh. 🍣 would definitely stop by again for a date
My only complaint? It’s a bit too loud. I wish they would consider turning the radio down a little. Or getting a better playlist. It kept playing the same 10 songs from the late 2010’s. 🤢 repetitive and sullied the date a little.

This was my second visit to Kazan. The first time, I absolutely loved the chicken ramen and even recommended the place to my friends—so I was really looking forward to this meal. Unfortunately, this visit was a major letdown.

Not only were all of our orders incorrect, but the service was surprisingly rude. I specifically asked for the chili oil on the side, but it was added directly to my ramen, making it so spicy I couldn’t eat it. On the other hand, my husband had requested extra spicy and his dish didn’t come that way.

When we brought up the mistakes to our server, her attitude was dismissive and unapologetic. She never once said sorry and kept repeating “it’s okay,” which honestly felt insulting considering we were paying customers.

I was genuinely embarrassed after recommending this place to my friends and experiencing such poor service. The food might still be decent, but with this kind of customer service, I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon. If you plan to visit, double-check your order and manage your expectations.

We were eating at the bar prior to the comedy show for 1/2 off drinks and when we were eating a cockroach ran across the bar. My husband caught it under a glass and showed the bartender who told us that they are normally smaller and in the back (ie the kitchen) the drinks are good and reasonably priced but I'm not sure I can eat their food again.

Edison was very attentive to us and provided the best service I've had in a long time. I will definitely be back thanks to the amazing service!

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always top notch. They have grill tables where you can cook food at your table. We don't do this, because we don't go out to eat to cook. We have been going here long before they added the grill tables. The staff is friendly and responsive. We love the Ramen. The sushi is good, and they have some lovely appetizers. Also, you can get cash back from the upside app if you have it.

Absolutely awful. If you were looking for good service or GOOD FOOD DO NOT COME HERE. We ordered pork gyoza, never got it. Ordered drinks, never got them. The food came out fast but it was god awful. The chefs were yelling at the waitresses and I don’t blame they’re awful at their job. KNEW we didn’t have our appetizers and CHARGED US for our drinks. But you know I guess it didn’t matter because they still gave us the check.
