I was quite disappointed. Unfortunately, the service was not welcoming, as our waiter's attitude could be described as rather unfriendly, she barely came around and never manage to deliver the food without slamming it on the table, she slammed so hard the sauce even overspill and she didn't even notice. Additionally, considering the price point of $36 per person, l would expect more proteins than just couple small stacks of meat and a bowl of rice. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe there's significant room for improvement."

Kazan never misses!! I was super hesitant at first about “mall sushi” but let me tell you I was absolutely ROCKED by how good the sushi is (and everything else on the menu!). The staff is always so lovely and the food comes out so quickly. I work locally, and will make a point to grab my lunch from Kazan even if I’m not going to any of the stores in the mall. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Sushi was great, really enjoyed the chili broth with the Raman. A bit pricey for the ramen, a bit more so than it should be, but the atmosphere and being able to grab a reasonably priced sushi roll to go with it, makes up for that. Everything was well cooked and although they were slow at the time (near closing) everything was made quite quickly and fresh. Would definitely return even for just the Ramen.

Food is just great everytime. Whether you chose to cook yourself or order it made both are great options. So many options I still havent had everything. If I did make a recommendation is would be the tonkatsu romen with steamed buns and a side of grandma's rice. The pricing is alittle high but we'll worth it. Probably a once a week or month treat.

Kid-friendliness: Depends on the age I've taken my 2 and 4 year old here with my brothers 5 year old and we didn't have a problem. The staff are nice and accommodations are made with seating. The hot plate is up to you if the kids can handle it near by.
