I walked in by myself. It wasn’t busy and nobody at the bar. I asked the bartender if I could sit and order a drink. He seemed irritated and said yes. Handed me a menu and less than 30sec after asked me “so are you going to order something” I asked for a regular lychee martini (they have lychee lemon drop on the menu) he sounded aggressively mad at me, and said there’s no difference so what do I want?? He started naming off the ingredients of the martini and said they’re the same so ?? And I’m just looking at him quietly while he’s staring me down. I said nicely I’m not sure why he’s talking to me as if I had personally done something to him but he can have a nice day. And he scoffed at me as I left lol. I understand we all have bad days but that should not be taken out on a customer. I have never been treated that way at any restaurant or bar, and unfortunately that was my first time ever attempting to dine at Kazan.

The only good thing about my experience was my waitressWent a few weeks ago and did not have the greatest time. Arrived at 8pm and was rudely told that, no we could not sit at a BBQ because it was an hour until close and they would have to clean the grill.Fine whatever, I had picked my friend up from college and we just wanted to eat.We both got Ramen and then proceed to be sick for the next two days.If you do decide to eat here avoid the ramen

Wonderful place to eat... Every appetizer is delicious, i have had the udon noodles, the fried rice and the ramen all are excellent. Service is great! Tony at the bar is delightful and very friendly and makes some great cocktails as well! Great place to stop while shopping or just for a fun night!

Food was delicious 10/10 but we ordered takeout to go and the portion size was so little. Got home and very disappointed. Other ramen spots are very generous with the portion size. High pricing compared to the little amount of food.
