Kong dogs at crossgates Mall was horrible, I ordered a Hot Cheeto Kong Dog, and it was nasty. The cheese was so thick that you couldn't chew it, and the hot dog was the size of my pinky. I would not recommend it

I would recommend asking them when the last time they changed their fry oil was before ordering anything from them.I arrived at opening on a Monday and the dogs I got were definitely fried in the same oil that had been going at least all weekend.

The prices and taste are not worth the wait. Waited for half an hour for two dogs and two drinks only for them to tell me that half of my order was unavailable, and to get a refund for my missing items I’d have to wait on a line longer than the original 30 min one.

Took crazy long time just to prepare 5 wings and fries, I wanted my drink slushy and went back and forth with the guy running register if I could have the drink slushy per what the advertisement menu said. He did not understand English and went back and forth with him no lie for almost 10 minutes asking him if he could change drink how it's supposed to be. Horrible experience. Running business but don't speak English and slow AF with one simple order never again
