I have been going to kurver Kreme probably since it's beginning in 1952. I was a young child. Also went to Platt's dairy on wolf rd . Very early in my life also. I was at kurver Kreme today. I now get a kiddie cone. How life runs complete circle . I remember the Menekin family well. What is so great about the place to me is they have a no sugar, fat free soft vanilla soft and usually another flavor with it. It is super. Just as good as the regular . Kurver Kreme is an icon of the area. Today I visited Kurver Kreme again for my usual sugar and fat free kiddie cone. Allie waited on me. She was very cordial and helpful. I shall return soon. Life is short.

Not bad, but for a first timer the choices were really confusing. I wish they had a list of the sundaes with the ingredients like on a paper to give newbies or something. Just a little overwhelming.
The new owners changed the recipe of the ice cream. It reminds me of ice cream you get at a cheap buffet. Very disappointing. It used to be a favorite place to go.

Yummy ice cream. Lots of flavors. Very rich and creamy. Large portions! Pro tip: get a medium cone and ask for a cup then share! It's enough for 2
