Terrible customer service, never been to a restaurant who wouldn’t seat me until a 3rd member of my 4 party group showed up. Wanted to have a few drinks before eating and the restaurant was empty. I am utterly flabbergasted. What restaurant owner wouldn’t want to make some money when it’s devoid of customers. I guess they make enough that they don’t care about their customers, not going back. The first time I went to this cafe, I was so impressed, I booked it to have my sons’s birthday dinner a month in advance. I was misinformed by 2 of the staff about a room off the dining room that could accommodate 15 people. Only to get there and they set up a table in the back of the dining area for my family and I. It was so tight we hardly had elbow room. Also, one of my family members had to bring her baby and we were told they could not accommodate us with a high chair...read full review
been to Lanie's at least 15 times sat Nite we were 7 2 had chicken part of their meal they was inedible sent back to kitchen quite a disappointment
