HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally just came from there and had to write this review because there's no way in hell I'm going to spend my hard earned money at a business who's number one priority isn't customer service. The food can be the best in town but if your workers have attitudes and act like they don't want to be there then no one will want to buy or visit this establishment. Sucks because I just started coming here and I really like the food, but today I was served with an attitude by a young Asian woman. As if me being there was bothering to her. She began with the utmost attitude not a single smile and barely looked my way while asking my order. I also had to remind her of things she should be asking me like rice seasoning and sauces etc. She should NOT be working customer service!!!!! Her protein portion sizes were also very small and I had to ask for more and when I did she literally gave me like 2 extra small pieces of chicken. Again for the price that you guys charge it should be no problem as a courtesy especially returning customers. I hope my next visit I have a better experience and hopefully that girl is either replaced or just not there when I go. Every other worker there was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a large bowl and received half of a normal bowl. I've been here plenty of times and every time the bowl is full and delicious. I went in to ask for the rest of the bowl and was given an attitude and some kind of yellowish rubbery rice mix added to my bowl.

Used to love this place but idk what happened my last few orders have really been bad. Last order but husband's large bowl was half empty and looked smaller than my small bowl. Proteins didn't taste fresh, tuna wasn't even chopped up it was all still like attached. Overall very disappointing because I've had such good food here in the past.

My first visit here, and my first ever poké bowl. The ingredient/sauce selection is huge. My bowl was enormous and delicious and impossible to finish in one sitting. Only problem is the fish, which is not cut or cooked fresh, and it sits out in the open (in a refrigerated tray) for who knows how many hours or days, and it takes on that awful distinctive dead fish flavor.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Only problem with the vibe is a way too loud sound system playing shrill generic pop nonsense in the early afternoon. No bass, all treble, very annoying.
If I come back I won't eat the fish and I'll bring earplugs.

I’d give it 5 stars if they recycled anything and didn’t use plastic for everything. No more excuses. Compostable plastic and bamboo and recycled paper are available and low cost. Also the club music and flashing lights were a bit much for an empty lunch spot . Food was yummy
The asian man( maybe the owner) was cool . i came here three times. It's delicious

The food is absolutely amazing. The person we had tonight preparing our food was also amazing. We drive from Bennington, VT just to get food from here. So that is saying something since we are willing to drive over an hour to get their food. They need to open a place in Bennington though.
