My first visit here, and my first ever poké bowl. The ingredient/sauce selection is huge. My bowl was enormous and delicious and impossible to finish in one sitting. Only problem is the fish, which is not cut or cooked fresh, and it sits out in the open (in a refrigerated tray) for who knows how many hours or days, and it takes on that awful distinctive dead fish flavor.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Only problem with the vibe is a way too loud sound system playing shrill generic pop nonsense in the early afternoon. No bass, all treble, very annoying.
If I come back I won't eat the fish and I'll bring earplugs.

I’d give it 5 stars if they recycled anything and didn’t use plastic for everything. No more excuses. Compostable plastic and bamboo and recycled paper are available and low cost. Also the club music and flashing lights were a bit much for an empty lunch spot . Food was yummy

The food is absolutely amazing. The person we had tonight preparing our food was also amazing. We drive from Bennington, VT just to get food from here. So that is saying something since we are willing to drive over an hour to get their food. They need to open a place in Bennington though.

Food is great. Portions have gotten very small. I bought a large bowl and it was half full. Fill up the bowl for $18.00!!! I don't know if management is telling them to give smaller portions or what.

I came in today with my partner for lunch and we both got bowls. I got the Volcano, which was delicious. I did switch out the Hot Cheetos for garlic crunchies, just because I got a little nervous about that combo; however, I'm sure it's good either way. My partner built his own bowl how he liked it. It was also a lot more food than it looks in the package. The salmon tasted great and felt very fresh! Highly recommend this spot.
I placed an order on door dash: Poke, dumplings and Thai tea. Didn’t receive my drink, my order was supposed to have two proteins but just had one, and was overly sauced when having selected light sauce. I understand this can happen when a restaurant is busy, but not when I’m one of the first orders of the day. That being said, careful when ordering online.

I really do love this place, but yesterday I had a horrible experience!! The young blonde female that was working was straight up rude and acted like she didn’t know how to make the chicken avocado bowl. My son put me onto this place a month ago, and I go every single week for my fix! I have even told my friends that never tried it to go and check it out! This place literally gained like 5 new customers based off my word and they loved it too!!! I have always been greeted with happy, polite service until yesterday! I was instantly annoyed and irritated. At that point I didn’t even want my food, not too mention how she really skimped on the ingredients (I normally get full) so I was still hungry after I did finish my bowl. SMDH that has never happened before. She looked miserable and like she was angry that customers walked in! I really do like this place and the chicken avocado bowl is sooo good! But they need to get rid of the miserable young blonde with the nasty rude attitude!!!!! Everyone else there is super nice and pleasant and you don’t have to ask for the rice seasoning or the house made sauce and they don’t skimp on the ingredients so you aren’t still hungry after spending $15.
