One day, walking around in the mall, I ran into this place! Being PR and DR, I appreciated the dynamic they have and the food is fantastic! Par with the best New York City offers. This place is awesome and the food is delicious! I’m puerto tocan and picky as hell when it comes to food and this is hands down the best! My faves are arroz con gandules and the pasteles are good too! Highly recommended!

This is an excellent Latino resteraunt. I have been married to a Dominican woman for 46 yrs and know Dominican food. It is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Meat is tender and falls off the bone. It not a fancy place but they know how to cook Dominican food. Will go every chance I get.

I go to the crossgates mall every once in a while. And i've never seen this place so I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant was clean and basic looking I walked up to the counter and there where 2 young ladies behind the counter talking in Spanish to each other. The woman behind the register looks at me and doesn't say hello or can I help you so I point at a case with pre made empanada's in it and I said can I please have 3 empanadas and a potato ball please? I was completely ignored as the ladies just kept talking to each other so I just turn around to leave and woman says what kind? I say 2 beef and cheese and before I can finish my order the ladies just start talking again completely ignoring me this happened in between every item I tried to order. I should have left but I was hungry. The employees I dealt with were extremely rude throughout my whole order. So I hoped the food would at least be good oh boy I was wrong. They had a decent sized menu with all the pre made food behind a glass case,all of it looked like it was sitting for a long period of time anything with sauce had a skin film over it showing it hadn't been touched for some time. So I just ordered from a heated case in front of the register that had multiple items in it.I got 2 beef and cheese empanads, a chicken and cheese, a potato ball,and a sweet fried plantain with beef and cheese on it. None of the empenadas had cheese in them and they where bland and dry as a desert. The potato ball was bland and dry also. And as for the sweet plantain it was same situation. I also got 3 drinks with meal and it all came out to a little over $21. what a huge disappointment and waste of money most of my food got thrown out cause it was so bad. so between that and horrible customer service I suggest you stay away and take your business elsewhere like I will be doing.

Place was a GHOST TOWN bc of the time which I LOVE I hate A PACKED RESTAURANT I love a nice family cooked meal the boujigisal an white rice tasted jus like my mom makes it an I’m Cuban the patalios was JUST PERFECT AN LET ALONE THE EXCELLENT SERVICE IN THERE YOU MUST EAT HERE this is my secret spot I keep inna cubby from my friends lol ?? so PERFECT spent 40$ just on myself ??

I recently dined at Latinos Cuisine and had an incredible experience! This restaurant offers authentic Dominican/Puerto Rican food that is simply delicious. The portions were impressively large, leaving me completely satisfied. The best part was the quick service, as most of the food is already prepared. The facilities were clean and quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend trying their pernil—it was absolutely amazing! For dessert, we indulged in their flan and tres leche, both of which were simply divine. Overall, Latinos Cuisine exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to visit again.
