Stop accepting orders at 9:15 but doesn’t close till 10pm u have wrong manager on your losing money from not accepting and making customers upset cause the sign says 10pm so orders should stop at 10pm and then cleaning starts after l!! Unacceptable

No answer from the store. Voicemail full. All the cheese slid off the pizza and onto the right side of the box. Ordered pretzel crust-- Got garlic crust with pretzel salt on it. Really? Requested a refund from GrubHub for the first time after being disappointed by this store very much. Will rightfully deny the charge on my credit card and if the refund doesn't go through.

Waited 15 min past pick up time. Was ignored upon arriving. Order was not in pickup station, rather left in a small window area. Called after arriving home and realizing i was not given the correct pizza. Employee that answered just set the phone down and walked away from it, as i could hear him laughing in the background about my incorrect order. Contacted corporate as the food was incorrect and the service was atrocious. Wont ever be back.
