The filet was the same cut as the sirloin. Both were tough. We compared them side by side. They also do not get "rare". The steaks ranged from medium well to medium rare across a surface area of 6 square inches. That requires practice! Also, that extra salt, which we asked not to have, was on the steaks.

Had dinner last night for the first time and our steaks ( Filet and Porterhouse ) were very good even though my Porterhouse was very thin and very tough to get a medium rare on should a thin steak. Very boring looking dishes ( no color, just steak and potatoes) but very flavorful. French onion soup had very little broth but the cheese stuffed mushrooms were very good. Service was as excellent. Prices were average. Will stop in again.

Food and service was mostly great, but my wife and I both order our steaks medium well. Hers was tasty and tender, but mine was burnt black and very disappointing. I have to dock two stars.

Staff was nice, however incompetent. The apatizers looked thrown on the plate and it took over an hour for the main course. The steaks were cold and the fries were old. I brought this up to the manager and waitress, and they sent out more old fries. The manager said he would come back and talk about the cold steaks and he never came back, and couldn't be found. So I we ate cold steak.

Went for lunch only two parties in the restaurant and they undercooked my burger so badly, it was supposed to be medium came out rare. French fries where also off and not seasoned. Took forever to get service and a refill on your drink forget it. Then feel in the parking lot on ice due to lack of care. Would never eat here again . Maybe the staff needs to take care and have better training.

So we go here quite often since they open yrs ago. We like the bartenders and we like the drinks n food. Loaded potato soup always on point. Steaks lobsters good too and wings always good. Little tough for allergies... They try but there's alot of ppl in the kitchen n i always have to ask again when the food gets to me if at the bar. Seems Def written in but not always gets through to the kitchen ??‍♀️when we sit at the bar it's all ats under staffed tho... I'm sure if there was at least two at the bar it would be handled well... Not their fault.. At the tables the waitresses ususally double check so no issues. But either way the manager comes by and makes it right. The only thing I don't recommend is the pork chops... Tasted like someone poured a bottle of salt on it... Literally everything else is great and lots of flavor.

This place is like visiting Texas. The ambience is brilliant. There are so many nice frames and other artefacts that complements the atmosphere and the culinary experience.The tables and sofas are comfortable. They should fix a few that are torn though.Service is great and the staff efficient. Meals are served quickly.We had Shrimp and Lobster chowder which was amazing and followed up by Mixed greens salad and Caesar's salad with Mashed potatoes with Coke and Sprite.Those who like Steaks will love this place.Reasonably priced.Parking available.Parking: There seems to be a large lot for parking cars.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Had to wait to be seated. Not a big deal for our party of 5.Got a table.Now this is were the rest of our experience went in the port a jon. We get seated. THE WHOLE TABLE ALMOST FELL OFF THE BASE. THE HOST NOTICED AND JUST WALKED AWAY LIKE IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL. Waitress get to the table we show her and she immediately got the host and changed tables.Second tableSAME EXACT THING. THE WHOLE TABLE TOP AND ALL AS DOON AS YOU PUT MORE THAN A POUND OF WEIGHT ON IT IF FELL OVER.Now we are left standing in the middle of the restaurant no host no Waitress. My family and I. I have my family move back to the front door to wait.Come to find out the wasnt even helping us anymore he went on to other customers and was seating them. He actually seemed surprised when he saw us standing at the front still. This time he actually excused him self fron the customer in front of him and actually got us a table.The waiter this time was promoted. Nice guy. Got the drink order and drinks in a nice time. Got our appetizer in good time. Between our drink order and food order was maybe 5 minutes. We waited an hour for our food. The waiter was at another table and believe he over heard us because minutes later our food came.Food great quality and taste 5 star. The waiter 5 star.The restaurant 4.5 starThe host 4 starHere is were I get mad at corporationsThe manager on duty 2 starWell we were checking in the host alerted him he needed help. The manager walked way from him. And the host was left to handle way more than he could. This was the start to our issues he was having to handle way more than 1 person could at this time and circumstances. Your manager on duty failed. Which caused the team to fail. Your manager never even came to apologize. Your company should put way more into making your management team an actual team and not just dictators. Yes I am a manager of retail and yes my company has sent me to classes that show how to be an effective manager and yes I work in the trenches with my team.By the way. Even with other customers complaining about the same tables they kept trying to seat people their. You will probably be getting an injury report soon and a lawsuit from someone.Now myself I would have just left and went to outback or the road house but my son wanted to stay 19th birthday.So I guess you got a sale but I will probably never be back
