Honestly, this place has gone downhill a lot. It used to be a staple of downtown Albany but now the quality is just very mid. It's a great place to go. If everything else is closed please make your garlic knots better.pizza. I would rate a 6.1 out of 10.

Pizza was so mid and garlic knots had no flavor. Did not heat up garlic knots. Regret coming . Make better pizza please because it was just $3.50 for a slice. Just grab and go type vibe. No photo bcz I gobble it and I’m looking for other pizza restaurants

Best and most consistent pizza in upstate NY. Their Cajun Chicken pizza, Ziti Pizza, White Garlic, nobody can compete with their specialty slices. And they're pretty fast with delivery. Long live Madisons!

I ran into quite a few issues tonight. First, it took an hour for my order to arrive even though I live less than half a mile away. I would’ve picked it up myself, but my car is in the shop and it’s about 10 degrees outside. The driver even called asking for my address again, so I’m guessing it was written down incorrectly. Second, by the time the food finally got here, it was cold. Third, parts of my order were missing. Fourth, I tried calling multiple times over the past hour, but the phone immediately disconnected each time and said the line was busy. And finally, when I spoke with the driver, he said he’d talk to his manager and have a new order sent out, but it seems like that never happened.
The pizza is good. That's all i ever had from here. It's an older gentleman who is normally behind the counter he is a good guy.

Madison’s used to be our favorite, but the quality has gone downhill. Last two times Ordered the 18” Pizza, Wings & Soda special soda was missing, and the wings came undercooked and cold. Even with a partial refund, we couldn’t enjoy our meal. Undercooked food is a serious health concern. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again unless things improve.
