Absolutely disgusting ever since I’ve moved out here every time I order from them, they never get anything right including the drinks tonight. I ordered a happy meal and a spicy McChicken meal and also a cheeseburger meal. They packed me two happy meals that I did not order I ordered one. I ordered a Sprite with my spicy McChicken meal and they gave me a Coke. They didn’t give me none of the fries that came in our meals. It’s just absolutely disgusting. It’s like does anybody in there do their job?

Lady working the drivetru at 9pm was obnoxiously rude for no reason! She was cashier 1st window. Other staff at the second window were nice. I would rather drive out of my way to a different Mcdonald's

No problem ordering, service was great. Place was freezing inside but clean and being actively cleaned more. A man walked in and said he felt like he should be wearing a bullet proof vest. Not sure why, everyone was quiet and polite. We got our items, correct items, correct sizes. Shortly after, smoke started pouring out through the vents smelling like burning plastic. The place began to fill up with it and the staff quickly and calmly ushered people outside. Sat in my car next to a guy clearly living in his car and listened to his audiobook for a while. Drive thru service kept right on rollin'. Staff propped the doors open to clear the smoke. Above-average McDonald's experience.

Had gotten food here because of the Monopoly promotion, and ordered a Large Coke which would’ve received a peel. To my surprise, it did not have a peel, so I’m upset. This is the 5th time I haven’t received my peels, and this was a different location too. Besides the incident involving the promotion, food was cold, and messed up. The Staff were rude and confused, like they didn’t know what to do. Never again will I come back here or participate in a promotion.

Location was Delmar not Albany. Did not open on time. Gave drive up customer priority over walk in even though I was at counter first. No soap in men's bathroom. I wonder how workers are washing there hands?! Restaurant freezing inside.

Went for a friend, got fries since I was there, not only were they 4,79 the bag was half full n lukewarm if it wasn't already a waste of money n the time I spent waiting i would have going in an compliant ,just a note to self first and last time just saying,just carzy went for what was to be a $5 meal an got a extra fry turned out to be 11 just confused I just ,money not the issue it's the quality of food I received an just left me mind blown

I was waiting in the emergency room with my brother after a car accident so I placed an order through the mobile app. I went to go pick it up at this location, and there were employees inside with headphones on ignoring everybody with the door is locked, and the phones off. I’m not sure what they were doing in there, but you could see them clear as day and they were ignoring everybody. There was about 10 cars in the drive-through, and there were four employee cars that were not waiting for food. I tried to knock on the window of the drive-through to pick up my food. However, the guy avoided eye contact at all costs and had his AirPods in. How does this happen? I guess customer service is no longer a thing for McDonald’s or at least this location.
