Sat waiting at the speaker for a solid 7 minutes watched about 5 cars get their order taken. They still never came on the intercom I had to proceed to the window to check in. Absolutely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering if no one can man the speaker. Terrible service

The speed of the food delivery is always great at the Annacis location. Dining room is never crowded as this location is mostly a drive thru crowd.

Awful! I waited in line for 20 mins the other day and the guy kept saying he was going to come to the register and take my order and never did. 3 people walked out. Kiosks wouldn't work either. Place is a joke.

Mediocre experience since they push those touchscreen robots. The food is not good enough for a vending machine-like experience. The dining area is fairly well-kept, but the staff is apparently instructed not to interact with customers.

Why is McDonald’s acting like I asked for free food , like you got my order wrong and I’m simply asking you to make it right but they arguing with me saying that’s what I order ? Like what actual hell ? I’m paying for it And I just want what I payed for , the lady was so rude and sigh and said oh my god , like I didn’t ask you to work there if you didn’t want to work there. Such a waste of money.
