Ordered a cheeseburger meal and everything was wrong. Got diet Coke instead of a regular and the rolls were stale and moldy.

I'm over this place and their drive through.They're so nasty for no reason.... Can't even ask the simplest of questions without getting an attitude here. This location needs new management and retraining.Asap, how can you not know that these people are operating at your location with this level of attitude. unacceptable. Skip this location. They certainly live up to their three star reviews

Was not good foot
This place sucks I waited 15 minutes with 1 car in the drive thru..this place is a disaster. I will never go back there, I went to a walk in Arby's across the street and had my food and both cars were still in drive thru.

The young lady in drive thru had no clue to what we were trying to order. Train people before giving them a mic on drive thru

Waited at the Take Out window for 10 mts without being helped. Went inside and ended up waiting for 20+ mts. for 6 nuggests and a medium 1/4lb w/cheese value meal. Receipt showed I was rung up for the wrong value meal and 5 people around me were all ru g up for wrong items. Even still, how long does it take for a 6 piece, medium fries and 1/4lb w/cheese meal together made when there are barely any other customers. Clueless!

I think the staff here were having a bad night. We waited in line for a while without the line moving. Then when we finally made it up to the window we coulf barely hear the person. After we received our order, the 2 order of fries were not cooked. The woman at window was nice enough when we finally got there, maybe they were just having a bad night.

So many people moving around but nothing seems to get done. Placed an order inside and it took nearly 20mins to get. They focus primarily on drive thru. I started using drive thru thinking it would be better but my food is usually messed up and they always have you move forward to the next window or park in a spot until they bring it outside. The staff is rude to each other and customers.

The WORST McDonald’s and that’s saying a lot because this is America and there’s a McDonald’s on every corner. Seriously the worst worst worst I can’t stress this enough. I’ve never had a smooth experience at this location. You order your food, get it 10-15 minutes later missing items and when you tell them it’s missing, they act like you stole from them and want 3 friggen forms of ID to get the correct food. Bro…. You get paid minimum wage, I get it you forgot my food but fix it instead of acting like it comes out of your paycheck. It’s seriously not that hard. Just avoid this location at all costs if you want to keep your last shred of sanity.

Complete mess picking up my order. Over 30 minutes. Employees ignoring counter customers to send our food out the drive thru window. Order was incorrect, ask for my items I previously PAID FOR to be treated as if im trying to scam Mc Donalds after 30+ minutes....

They don't give me what I ordered 75% of the time. Ordered two extra patties on my big Mac, didn't get it. Ordered no ketchup, add Mac sauce, on a couple double cheese burgers, couldn't do that. Etc, there's more. Bottom line, can't trust this place. Will start checking my order before i move from the drive through line. (I know working at fast food probably stinks. But then I think, it's so easy. So this comes down on the owners and managers). Get on this guys..

I have never been to a Mcdonalds as clean and as organized as this one. They were very generous with our food.
The store was busy, but the whole McDonalds crew was beyond slow. Their was no organization between the work crew and they had a person at the register that had no clue how to run the register and management should have had someone with her to train her.
Extremely slow service, other than that - food was decent.
