First yes it's a casual place .. went to sit in the dining room today to catch up on emails . Had to sit and listen to employee screaming at the top of her lungs about nothing . Just being obnoxious. Went up and asked manager if he would please ask her to take it down just a wee bit ? She then proceeded to scream even louder . Unacceptable .. it's not fine dining but should you be able to have a peaceful experience instead of ear splitting shrieks ??? This went on for an hour. It appeared to me that there were at least three managers there and not one of them advised her to keep her voice down? Bad business, my friends.

Went once again and regret it. Last time I went in and the employees were using racial slurs so I gave the drive thru. Entire order wrong and fries were soft and frigid. When I brought up the order issue they started screaming at each other. I will no longer go to ANY mcdonalds ever again. They don't care at this location and latham and Loudonville have followed suit. NOT SAD TO GO...and I'm sure they don't care.

My dad and I stopped here while going up to Vermont for a ski weekend. One of the employees was cleaning the bathroom and stopped to let him use the restroom and made he sure had everything he needed. The restaurant was also exceptionally clean. One of the very few places you actually see employees cleaning nowadays!

Got there at 10:51. Waited 4 minutes for employee to tell me they were closed. I said I have been here and you close at 11:00. I said is that correct. The employee said “yes-11pm” so we are closed. Employees and management are to stupid or lazy to care but I suspect a lot of both.

Food was good - no issue with anything we ordered. But it was way too expensive!! $40 for fast food breakfast - 3 combo meals - nothing fancy. For $40 we can get a nice breakfast at the local diner.
The lady in the drive-through was so rude. It made us so uncomfortable. She was very very mean. However the lady that took our payment was very nice and went above above and beyond for us. Offered to pay with her own money because we did not have anything less than $100 bill. She deserves a raise. I wish I knew the name of the lady that was rude. Because that one made us feel so miserable she needs to get fired.

Me & a friend Went to the McDonald's on Wolf road. Then there a couple times food is good. Although the French fries for 2 large fries. It's $10 seems a little high, but okay? Seems like everything's going up these datawhen they said that you were gonna give them $15 an hourthat's good for the workers, but it doesn't mean you, you are have to raise your French fries so high. You almost need a far alone to get French fries and your big maxer. Up 2, it's like you can get a sweatshirt at a store. It's cheaper, then you're big macs. I don't know I give the store. AC minus.The end
