I went to the McDonald's on the Empire State Plza/Conc Level and I ask for the $13.99 offer and they said they don't do it and I said that it does say what McDonald's does it so they didn't give it to me I was very mad

I've eaten here a few times, the food has always been hot, but not always what I ordered. As long as it is hot I'm happy.

The staff are friendly, but completely oblivious... The muffins in the display case we're obviously moldy, but when I addressed it, they said it was just the blueberries. Last time I checked, blueberries don't make muffins green and furry. There was a new guy there that charged me for a combo but gave me only nuggets. When I addressed it, I had to pay double just for me to get my combo. Not my favorite McDonald's place to go to.
