A manager should never be yelling at an employee. Especially if it can be heard from the drive-through window from my car with the windows closed. This is the second time I’ve seen this happen at this McDonald’s. December 28, 2024 at 8:15. Whoever the supervisor was with the headset should be fired. Honestly, I’ve never been so disgusted in my life.

Firstly, the drive thru took 45 minutes to get through, the guy on the interco. At 2am on December 24th 2024 was grouchy, mean, and excessively slow. Not only did he take additional time to give us our order but the food was soggy cold and not made to order like mcdonalds promises. Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous. No one was doing their job, I really hope someone gets fired. Awful service. Paid for our meal and never got it. Left without getting our food and out money now because of this company and the people working it. Every single other customer around us was getting frustrated and pissed off. Seriously- only 2 people working and one girl was just ignoring all the customers and walking around mindlessly. Come on. Very upset and disappointed in people not giving a crap about their job.

My first and last visit. Fries served cold. Only 2 napkins for 2 guests. Fries are messy finger food. More napkins are needed. Chintzy with condiments. No condiments in counter tray. Asked for ketchup and salt, and worker gave me unpleasant look and attitude like I'm being greedy and bothersome. Dine-in order served in a bag, not on a tray. Screen value meal menu changes so fast you can't read it. Prices absurd. $10 for 10 chicken nuggets? Not even worth 5. Don't know how they stay in business.

Food is never made promptly. No respect for Door Dash deliveries or the drivers. Delivery drivers are paid 'by the piece' meaning their pay is affected by 15 - 30+ min wait times for burgers and fries. This place is a joke. Needs serious overhaul.

They're not open till 4am their times are listed wrong online and on doordash/uber eats so if you order from here at night you will be stuck waiting for an order that won't be delivered.

Kiosk doesn't take cards. Try to order at counter, employee walks away. Tried 8/25 AND 2ND drive thru lane is closed. No cones no sign. You just sit there and wait. Watch other cars drive thru the 1st lane. Place should be shut down, and put a Wendy's or bk there. Obviously the owner doesn't care. Read the reviews.

Attempted to go through the drive-thru around 11:30pm and while there are two drive-thru lanes, they were only working one. No signs were apparent that the second lane was closed, no cones were out and the menu was still lit. Went to the one on Holland Avenue, both lanes were open and they were taking orders at both. Maybe the employees at Central Avenue haven't been trained on how to work both lanes?
