The staff are exceptionally nice and very friendly. I would especially like to commend the lady that was at the drive thru on Tuesday, 4/2/24 at lunchtime. She went above and beyond. She had given me her name but i don’t recall. She deserves a ‘shout out’.

This is for specifically when dashing. I keep giving them chances and keep getting disappointed. Everytime I order something, day or night, my order is always wrong like they don’t know how to do their job. They don’t ask my dasher to contact me if things are out of order such as drinks or ice cream, and end up giving me the complete opposite of what I asked for or nothing at all. The least I could get is an alternative; don’t give me 1 smoothie when I ask for 2 cokes.

Ok I know it's McDonald's but the others in the area cannot get it right. We do the drive thru once in a while and every time they are efficient and get the order correct.

It's 12AM, I waited for 10-15 minutes in the drive thru and there we 13 cars, yes THIRTEEN cars in the drive thru and not a single person moved. Get it together Central Ave.
