Took ages and then the lady was nasty and said my food wasn’t ready yet meanwhile all my other friends who mobile ordered at the exact same time as me got theirs and the whole drive thru line was held up. And mind you we all got the same exact food. Their customer service skills are not good and they are so dry.

The food is good here. I've never had an issue with the food but the store/lobby area is always dirty! Tables dirty never wiped down. I was there last night and the store was disgusting. The garbage was beyond overflowed. It looked like it hadn't been empty ALL DAY! If they just clean the store up , keep the lobby area clean where people can actually sit down and enjoy their meal. All managers and employees should be held accountable to do better and with the amount of bad reviews this store has! You would think corporate would have done something by now to bring the store up to standard! GET IT TOGETHER Mc.Donalds!!!

Horrible location …. I waited 15 minutes for a large caramel frappe. The managers are awful; they don't care about the customers, the food is coldddd, and they don't follow food safety protocols. GM pay attention to your crew members and managers!!!!they're not doing their jobs.

How hard is it to fulfill an order correctly? I ordered from this place to get a completely wrong order and I demanded a refund since this wasn’t a simple mistake. They got the whole thing wrong.

I promise you, I am not being facetious. I have genuine concern that the individuals staffing this location are clinically brain dead. I was going to call 911 but I had to - I’m really hungry - cancel and replace my order at a different McDonald’s. Could someone else make the call, please?

Gone to these guys twice, first time waited 7 mins on the drive thru order screen with noone else having their orders taken (I wasn't in a rush so not a huge deal) But both times going through, they kept rushing me. Asking me if I was done before telling them sizes and what drink I want with the meals.
Both times I requested no pickles, they assured me they took the pickles off and the pickles were still on the sandwiches
It didn't even seem that busy in there. But at the end of the day the food still tastes the same, just wish the service was more patient and friendly
