How hard is it to fulfill an order correctly? I ordered from this place to get a completely wrong order and I demanded a refund since this wasn’t a simple mistake. They got the whole thing wrong.

I promise you, I am not being facetious. I have genuine concern that the individuals staffing this location are clinically brain dead. I was going to call 911 but I had to - I’m really hungry - cancel and replace my order at a different McDonald’s. Could someone else make the call, please?

Gone to these guys twice, first time waited 7 mins on the drive thru order screen with noone else having their orders taken (I wasn't in a rush so not a huge deal) But both times going through, they kept rushing me. Asking me if I was done before telling them sizes and what drink I want with the meals.
Both times I requested no pickles, they assured me they took the pickles off and the pickles were still on the sandwiches
It didn't even seem that busy in there. But at the end of the day the food still tastes the same, just wish the service was more patient and friendly

Unhelpful and unmotivated staff No one in the restaurant and 20 minutes to be served, no more lids to put on the cups, a lot of items were missing from my order, it was super cold in the restaurant. To flee!!!

Hi All,
This McDonald’s was terrible, never come here. There were fries on the floor, the bathrooms looked as if the store had never been cleaned. The staff didn’t wear gloves or anything.

Do NOT come here. I waited almost 35 minutes for food that was incorrect. Fries are both hot and cold in the same packaging. Spicy "crispy" chicken sandwich was flat and missing everything inside. And the chicken patty was old and dry. Drinks were watered down. If you want to waste your time and money, feel free. But if you don't, go to another McDonald's. If I could give negative stars, I'd give -5 stars.

Went around 10:30pm for dine-in but they said they were only open for drive throughs. The actual closing time is 11pm.

Self service McDonald's. Order from a kiosk. Someone brings you your food. The atmosphere was quite sterile. Food was good. Restaurant was fairly clean. Server was very kind.

I’ve tried coming here a few times. It’s consistently bad. The customer service is embarrassingly bad. They literally don’t speak to you. It’d be comical if you weren’t paying for a service.

Food is either stale, dry and old, or crusty and nasty. Fries taste like they dipped it in their ass. Have thrown up here after eating. They even forgot my fries before. Staff seem lost and confused. Employees make it feel like you just walked into voldemort's lair. just save yourself the trip honestly.
