They were out of white chicken and black beans which was what I needed for all 3 meals in my order. In addition they no longer have diced tomatoes for the kids burritos. The argument is that they have the pico so they dont need the tomatoes. My kids dont like jalapenos, onions, or cilantro so it is not a valid substitute. They gave me a discount but wasn't worth it considering all my kids ate were a couple bites of chicken and some chips.

Mexican food. The place can be better taken care of. Not one of my favorite places.

This store may be out of business. They were closed for no apparent reason whatsoever at 7:00 PM on 8 Mar 2020. Fail.

There’s a sign that says that it is under renovations, but there no work being done there. I suspect it’s a closed location or a failed franchise that failed to pay the rent...

Food really good just grill employees need to have it clean. More looks disgusting and employees constantly depressed even when you small talk and smile rude manners.

Quality not quite as good as Chipotle but WAY better value....you actually gets free chips and salsa, unlike chipotle. And Moe's chips ARE better IMO.

First place I stopped when I left Albany airport. I am from SC and they had sweet tea... it was good too. Food was great and staff was very friendly. A+excellent

When we entered the restaurant the associate at the counter was on her phone and just rolled her eyes at us as we approached the counter, the food was good despite them being out of ingredients that they were obviously not going to try to replace. Obviously the holidays can be stressful for people but seeing as we were almost the only customers there I think they could have at least gave a token effort to being pleasent. Will not be going back

It's better than most Moe's in the area, but they are almost always out of something. They were out of shells, ground beef, peppers and onions and most of the proteins. Just walked right out reminded why whenever I'm stuck between wanting five guys burgers or Moe's I generally go to five guys.

Food was good as usual. However very unhappy with the drink selection . Followed a HS teams bus which caused the Coke an Dr Pepper to be used up. Explained the outage and was to to just pick another selection. No desire by the staff to replace the syrup or refund my money. Kind of a tough luck for you attitude Note at that time they here not busy, may be one other person in line. I will really think twice about visiting the Wolf Rd location again as this is the second time the soda machine has to been supply properly.

Absolutely awful experience. The employees working there are unhelpful and rude. My daughter loves Moe’s food but we will never spend money at the Wolf Road location again. It is a complete shame how awful employees can ruin your complete experience. The management of this location needs to do better if they plan on making any profit. Extremely disappointed.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I ordered online over 30 minutes before my very short lunch from work to make sure it would be ready for me when I got there. I got there 5 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't even started it. It took them 10 minutes to start the order and then when I finally got my chicken burrito, there was NO chicken in it. This wouldn't be a problem, but I was charged more for the chicken that I didn't get.

Stopped in for a late dinner at 8pm after getting off our flight at the airport. All the employees were sitting in the dining room when we arrived. There were no customers on the store. That close at 9pm. The employees got up when we came in. Me and my wife ordered a chicken club quesadilla to share. The chicken in the bin was wery scarce and very burnt. The server made the order with the burnt chicken and put it on the very black grill. I couldnt help but think maybe instead of sitting in the booth someone could of been scrubbing the grill. The store also smelled like some type of the equipment that heats something in a water bath had run dry. It wasnt a good smell. We ate in the dining room and it was indeed the worst quesadilla we have ever had. The chicken was of a burnt jerky taste. Waste of money.

My first try at a Moe's. The lady behind the counter really took the time to help me out. Food was pretty good. Thanks for a decent experience

First time and I am very impressed. Real food. Way better than regular fast "food" places
