I love this place!! The food is always so tasty. Your staff needs to learn to say thank you when a customer leaves a tip instead of standing there and not saying anything, this is a common occurrence in most of your shops, particularly with your point of sale tip ability, train your staff to look for the tip and when they get it to make sure they say thank you, this is one of the reasons why I don't normally tip at these type of places.
