Being new to Albany I have to admit that it was hard to find a place whose pizza I deemed tasty enough to return for more. This location,(whose menus and coupons are all plentiful in my building) has earned my business for their pizza and large tasty wings. BUT.. today I realized we’re being scammed- the coupon says one thing but the price they charge is not being honored. I used a coupon that offered everything for $53.99+ tax. When I went to pick up my food the final price was $64+! When I inquired why it was $10 more after taxes they simply said,” that’s how the system calculates it”. I protested there is no way I’m paying over $10 in taxes. They insisted that the system adds the extra tax. The itemized receipt showed the double taxing!! Now that’s crazy and takes a lot of nerve to OBVIOUSLY be robbing your customers. There’s NO food that’s worth being unapologetically taken advantage of. Check your receipts people!!

Ordered Xtra cheese, got tons! Pizza is delicious, the cheese pull is phenomenal as is the flavor. Can defidently recommend this place!

The worst place ever everytime you order from them they give you the wrong stuff and the price is different everytime I ordered a x large pizza the gave me a large but charge me for a x large then lie about it like I don’t have the trans action on my phone the food is not worth buying they took 2 hours just to deliver around the corner it’s rediculous they service sucks they need to throw the whole place away honestly

Used to really enjoy the food here, but the past few orders (Slice & Doordash) have been terrible compared to the standard they had set for the longest time. The people answering the phone when my wife called to check on the orders were less than pleasant. Disappointing very disappointing.
