Absolutely wonderful experience! I took 12 employees out to celebrate the holiday season and see a show in Albany. From the time we called for a reservation, right through dinner, the entire staff, and especially our server Casey were so welcoming and accommodating. The drinks, food, and service were all superb! The staff here are phenomenal. There are various places to be seated and it's a beautifully lit place to dine in. I order the chicken parm with pasta. From the staff, to the food/drinks, Nicole's exceeded my expectations. 10/10 restaurant.
We LOVED this place. We stumbled upon it because we were staying in the area and it had good reviews. The reviews are accurate. There was not a single thing we had that was not perfect. Butternut squash bisque, fried artichoke, hazelnut orange chicken, and the meatballs.
I wish I could remember the name of our waitress but she was so kind and made a lot of good recommendations. Great service, great atmosphere.
