We came on a Sunday night with family. We had reservations, but we stood at the entrance for longer than normal, waiting for someone to seat us. The bar tender had to go to the back to get someone. The apps were average…nothing to write home about. The chicken Marsala was disappointing. They burnt one side of one of the chicken breasts, and they had that burnt side face down, so I didn’t see it….until I took a bite! The sauce and chicken tasted burnt. It lacked any good...
We fortunately found this delightful neighborhood restaurant during our travels. Our server, E, made the dinner experience even more enjoyable. She was very personable and engaging; she was also helpful re menu item choices, wanting our dinner to be just right. Our dinner, including stuffed eggplant, and roasted chicken were excellent. My wife and I met two of my cousins and their wives at Nicole's for dinner. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent. We had not eaten there for a while, but after dinner, we asked ourselves what had taken us so long. Nicole's focuses on Italian dishes.
