Place was amazing! I’ve been going since the beginning of the pandemic. My food has been delicious every single time, i love the the quick service cashiers are very kind. I never had a complaint. Whoever disagrees probably only seasons their food with salt & black pepper. I WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT

They asked me if I wanted white rice or fried rice with my chicken & shrimp teriyaki. I said fried rice. Then they gave me yellow rice. Not the same thing at all. And the yellow rice was a little stale. I suppose that's partially my fault for not looking at the food prior to ordering. Even so, advertising one type of food and serving the other is kind of a no-no in the food industry. At least the chicken and shrimp tasted good enough, hence the 3 stars.
Can't expect much from mall food, but I've got to say this place really hits the spot! They are very generous with their portions and if taste great. You have to try the Gyoza with the soy sauce.

Garbage food and rude. Man cooking my food was scratching the back of his head with his gloved hand and then touching my food. Disgusting.

They have the best tasting fried rice I've had in Albany so far, but I'm still on the hunt. The teriyaki beef and veggies were really simple but tasty. Also ordered the gyoza which was good. I hope they'll get on doordash or grubhub soon bc it was great food for the price.
