We walked the whole mall just to find OJ. First time for my kids. We get there and a girl said "I just started restocking stuff, it will be about 5-10 minutes". I said sure no problem. Then about 10 minutes later she said it was going to be a couple more minutes. Again, no problem. Meanwhile others were coming up and she was telling them she was closed. After waiting 15 minutes, she then told me that she wasn't going to be able to help me until 4 because she needed a break! What?!?! During this time at least 10 people came and left. I stayed because she told me 10 minutes and since we don't have 1 at home, we didn't mind waiting. This girl then broke down and was practically crying that she's the only one there all the time and she has to do this all the time. I told her she should do stocking in between customers. She said she's too busy to do that. She did make my 4 drinks, but only after I asked for her name and her managers name and she refused to give me either as she wasn't allowed too. In reading other reviews, seems to be common here. She wouldn't be miserable if she wasn't stuck by herself. The owner of this stand needs to give this stand the same attention as he does his other store!! Don't think he realizes the business he loses due to not having staff.

Don't come 15 minutes before close. You'll get yelled at "Sorry, we're closed" before you get close to the menu. Mall has no map inside to find anything. Took me 10 minutes to find the place.
I live nearly 200 miles from the nearest location and was looking forward to visiting while I was in the area. Incredibly disappointing.

Very unfriendly person. Even though my husband gave her a big smile she gave a sour look back. We both had the pina colada the flavor was very weak. Would not purchase again. Disappointing as it has been well over a decade since we had been to an OJ.

The best place in crossgates to bring your kids for a treat, even on Black Friday the manager/staff is so friendly and they have everything very organized even on one of the busiest days of the year! 10/10

Waited for ten minutes on Saturday morning (9/30) with no one watching the service counter... finally left without being served. They were definitely open - but not sure where the guy went!!
My berry Julius was absolutely delicious! As a child, my mom would get me one (with an egg) every time we went to the mall, which was maybe 5 times a year. Well, I still love them. What a great throw back to awesome childhood memories!

Be aware when applying here! Disgusting and creepy store managers that look up your info and abuse their positions within the workplace. They happen to not train workers effectively and have a reputation of having customers sent to the hospital for allergies. Better hope you get some hours! The managers loves to not schedule employees until they quit. Withhold a lot important information and tell a lot of lies. They will work you to the bone and not even acknowledge the hard work. They do not accept tips and will scold you for receiving them. I’ve seen many people get hired here and leave as soon as they got there all because of this toxic environment. Stay Blessed.

This staff is horrible when it comes to food allergies. Now the food allergy that I have is a very common food allergy. For your staff to laugh behind my back or (so they thought) it was highly inappropriate and highly uncalled for. We are rarely even at this mall and the rare occasion that I wanted a smoothie. Only to be told no you can't have a smoothie you have to go with a Julius.

Everytime I come to this place it’s always empty. The employees are everywhere but behind the counter. Poor customer service wouldn’t recommend to anyone who respects their time.

DELICIOUS drinks. I always stop here when Im at Crossgates Mall. The prices are a little high, but you get a delicious beverage and a good portion size. Sometimes there is only one person working the counter, so be patient.
