Ordered 2 bowls of soup with baguette bread on touch screen self order. Picked up order got 2 apples instead of baguettes. Apples with soup ? Manager told me ran out of baguettes. I'm italian need bread with soup was upset, I did call him an asshole sorry but apples with soup.
My experience they close at 7pm we entered at 6:45 was told as soon as walked in we close in 10 minutes then 5 minutes we hear a loud voice screaming we close in 5 min. Then we hear we close in 1 minute. Insane stuff you can not make this up. My advise go to the Subway at hospital if you need food.

This place is nasty. Their coffee begins to mold really quickly, indicative of a lack of cleaning the lines. This is unacceptable. They need to have their machines cleaned by a professional. Perhaps the build up of mildew and mold in pex lines is why they are constantly breaking, and this location is regularly unable to serve espresso drinks. Generally, the sanitary conditions of the establishment is lacking. The line cooks have grime under their nails and constantly touch their phones and faces.
While I do commend them on consistently executing orders with accuracy, I’m more concerned with their safety and hygiene practices.

First I ordered an ice coffee then they were out and when I asked if they had more the girl made a face and was like “your gonna have to wait 15 mins“ and walked away to make food and not ice coffee. Then the manager was belittling an employee for making a simple mistake at the register. Clifton park store and glen mont sore and colonie store are nicer. You would think since the Albany is next to a hospital they would be nicer cuz u never know

There is no reason this BREAD establishment makes bagels ONCE a day and it’s at night for the next day. I asked for a fresh bagel and was told those were for tmrw. So not only is it discouraging that you don’t even make the bagels the same day.. but in addition to that you make them at 6pm the night before for the next day. That’s disgusting and disappointing and there needs to be a better system for that needless to say we never receive fresh products and I will definitely not be returning. Not to mention the fact that the entire staff in the evening good around and don’t help waiting customers while your the only one in the store. If I could give no stars I would. Dont eat here my boyfriend wanted a tuna sandwhich and after waiting and waiting to be serve he changed his mind looking around the establishment and at the people just being unsanitary gross. Deff will be filing a complaint with corporate as well.

Waited 5 minutes while the person taking orders was chatting with a friend (half the kiosks were down). Then 15 minutes to make a sandwich. The place is half empty. The food is ok.

I had ordered a balsamic chicken salad with grains for lunch. Upon opening my salad I found a long, dark curly hair. The manager handled the situation and I was able to get a refund.
Very disheartening to stand at the counter for a nice few minutes while people behind laugh and talk about their personal days and I'm hearing it while on a 30 min break from the hospital across the street.

Walked in with my daughter while visiting the hospital, have never been to a Panera before, ordered a macaroni and cheese for my daughter, and they served this tiny cup, literally the size of a fancy feast cat food can, and wanted to charge $8 for it with a straight face, I'm not exaggerating at all, fold a dollar bill in half and that was about how wide the cup was, and about an inch deep... EIGHT DOLLARS FOR 2 BITES!!! I refused to pay that much for such a ridiculously small portion, canceled the remainder of the order while they were making it and walked out, never seen such a massive rip off before, it was the equivalent of paying $30 for a Big Mac.
