Panera Bread

New to the area i decided to walk to Panera with my son this morning for coffee and breakfast. I've never been to Panera before. The coffee was great but the service was terrible. I entered the store and saw noone behind the counter. I saw a guy in a green shirt on his phone seated at a table. He looked at me and said "all set"? I honestly didn't even realize he worked there. He got behind the counter & asked what can I get for you? I asked for a large coffee and that was it. Decent price only 3 dollars and change. He handed me a cup and pointed to where coffee was. I made my coffee and left. A simple greeting or smile wouldn't have hurt. I won't be going back there. It's unfortunate how acceptable poor customer service is now because good customer service has been the highlight of my day at times. I didn't even order food or use my bank card because of how off putting the customer service was. Also I tip and read name tags. With that being said Joe your customer service absolutely sucked and should not have been difficult.

Place is horrible to go to employees have really bad attitude ask for chips they gave me a piece of baguette I asked one of the people working if they could give me chips instead they ask for my receipt
I gave it to them they gave me a attitude the girl told me the trash can is over there to through the bread out and then had to wait for a bag of chips the soup I got was watery I got chicken wild rice and the soup was thick it look like it was old soup that been sitting tables weren’t even clean floors had napkins on it crumbled all over them they have employees on there phones while working are swearing place is ran horrible

I’ve tried many paneras. This one is top tier. Very fancy Panera. Food was yummy. Soup could’ve been hotter tho and booths weren’t clean.

The workers are friendly and polite, but they have not gotten my order right the last three times I’ve been there. Even after repeating myself, and having the cashier repeat the order back, they continue to get it wrong. I will not be using this Panera again.

Rough interior, place looks kind of run down, broken tables, rubbed out carpet. No one takes your order, it’s all computers now.

Ordered a French Ciabatta Dipper (steak with melted provolone and asiago cheese)
This was just not a wall thought up sandwich.
On top of that, I am pretty sure they nuke the meat, The bread was definitely toasted, The meet was microwaved.
I stopped coming here a few years ago. When they stop making their overpriced roast beef sandwich.
I don't think I'll be returning for another three years.

Do not drink Hibiscus tea, which tastes like just water. When we asked if it was because the machine was broken, we were told that it should have no taste.

Highly disappointed in today's visit. I wanted some soup because it is cold outside and thought since I was next door at Walmart I would stop in for lunch. The soup was not very hot, the bread was hard and the quality has gone down tremendously. Staff wasn't very friendly. I won't be coming back to this location.

Great food and the staff is great at this location Manager Candice was great.

This Panera is having some problems and while I sympathize, it might be best to drive a bit farther to Wolf Rd, at least for now.

Chili is very good. The bread is Panerai! When we were not in conversation, there was plenty to look at and keep us entertained.

I waited 10mins for someone to come to the counter and take my order. I ordered the chicken bacon rancher...it has no bacon and barely any chicken. I don't even taste the ranch. they ran out of bread to go with my soup. 30 min wait for my order. place was a mess. they need someone to come out and restock everything and clean the dining room and pick up dishes
