I ordered the strawberry salad with no blue berries. Of course it had blue berries. The salad was suppose to come with a bread and it came with an apple. This order was to go so I did not know until I got home. If I had been allergic to the berries or the apple this could have been a real issue. I'm very disappointed

Order was wrong, place was unclean and the Mac and cheese wasn't even warmed up
- I made the mistake of returning here and the service is terrible all the employees genuinely hate their job

Decent experience with this one, would be 5 stars if they had included the croutons that were supposed to be with the soup. They almost always leave out something from an online pickup order, at least it was only that. Food tasted good, was ready for pickup on time and other than the croutons everything else seemed to be made correctly.

Overall typical Panera food/quality, just this isn't one of the better locations. Usually there isn't anyone out front when we've gone so we use the kiosk to order. Because you order through the kiosk when they're out of something, you don't know ahead of ordering that they don't have it.

Have visited Panera's a few times . Usually get the 1/2 sandwich and soup. It is pretty good . It is a little pricey. Usually get a pastry also. Rarely get bread. It is not usually loud which makes it better for eating in. Visited again today. Did the pick 2. Got the chicken noodle soup and 1/2 turkey cheddar sandwich. No pastry today. Ratings still the same. Again I like that it is more peaceful to eat in. I was at the one next to Walmart on washington Ave. Extension.

745 pm and the staff was closing up. Ordered a drink but everything was put away, ordered a brownie which was available online got there and no brownie instead of refund made us pick an item we didn't want. Side bread was no bigger than my fist and I am a petite female. My husbands sandwich had hardly anything on it and looked nothing like online, the Danish was stuck to the wrapper and bag. They never put it in a box. Staff didn't want to assist because they were busy closing ...which isn't until 9..mind you it was 745. Won't be going here again..guess another location will be the go to, at least they update what is sold out on the app. I will be telling everyone my experience.

This Panera was as goog as any we have listed. We traveled cross country and have eaten in many Panera Cafes along the way. This one had great service, pleasant staff, and very clean. If you are in the area, certainly try it out.
