Soggy greasy pizza that completely flopped over as soon as I removed a slice. Cheap on the sauce that I literally paid extra to have. Took forever to make the pizza as well. Again this was at like 1am on a Monday morning. So I doubt it was that busy for a single pizza.

Multiple times I have placed online orders, arrived, checked in, and waited 30+ plus minutes only for them to then realize my order was one waiting on the heating racks since before I got there. Will be looking for another pizza place.

Got an experience. Whatever everyone wrote and gave 1 star is true. Staff Rude as hell and with zero cleanliness as if that lady is the owner of Papa John's and high temper. 22 Feb 2024 at approx 14:00 and the (BIPOC) - lady told "DON'T COME AGAIN" what a lovely way to greet customer. I am loving it.

When I got there to pickup my order, they didn’t help for about 10 minutes. Then helped someone who got there after me. No one was wearing gloves, even when they were grabbing the cheese to put on the pizza. I also got gluten free due to an allergy that didn’t seem to actually be gluten free as I got sick.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Making a complaint about Bruce, All i did was ask where is my order and he gave me an attitude, didn”t allow me to speak and then continued to hang up on me. Very unprofessional. If Bruce doesn’t like his job then Bruce should not be working there.

I'd love to have Papa John's pizza again but you're not on any delivery apps I use. Please get on either door dash, Uber eats or GrubHub. I fell in love with your chicken, bacon ranch pizza in Florida but haven't had it since then cause I live in Cohoes, NY& you don't deliver over here.

As you can see boxes are on the floor. In the New York health department not allowed anything in floor. Dirty boxes than they put pizza inside the box. It is not healthy. Employee’s wears very dirty tshirt they don’t used gloves when they doing pizza.
